I have been going to the Bay St clinic in Toronto for a few weeks now for facial hair electrolysis and saw a huge improvement in the re-growth in just about a couple weeks. I'm on my way to being completely hair-free in the treatment area. Dana, my electrologist is very friendly, professional and genuinely very caring and conscious of my needs. If you do your after-care right as she suggests, there won't be any scabbing whatsoever! I've noticed it makes a huge huge difference! Overall, very happy with their service and totally recommend!

It's really unfortunate that many reviews for this place are not legitimate. I had gotten laser done for many years and had much thinner hair on my face. I decided to get electrolysis to completely stop maintenance sessions. Be very wary of the sweet talking and making you believe that they care a lot about their customers. She plucks the hair - this is not electrolysis. She'll tell you that she is only plucking the hair off after she uses the electrolysis needle. But no, she is barely doing any electrolysis. Now i have much thicker hair back on my face and even my laser sessions are an absolute waste in the areas she plucked my hair. If you dont believe me, keep your eyes open while the treatment is being done and see it for yourself. She isnt using the electrolysis needle most of the time (she will use it fine in the first session to gain your trust and start plucking after). Also search for advanced institute of electrolysis and laser - its the same place as this. Look at the reviews there as well - its for dana and victoria. They seem to have switched over to another name because they ended up getting terrible reviews there. Its quite sad to see the lengths people go to, to scam you but not fix their process of genuinely providing an electrolysis service

Dana has changed my hair growth journey for the better. She is so kind and knowledgeable and, fortunately I have seen such a difference in my skin and hair growth patterns on my face in such a short period of time! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I hate giving such a low review, because I actually like Dana on a personal level. But, she does not know how to properly do electrolysis. I’ve spent well over $1,000 with her so far and haven’t noticed much of a difference in terms of permanent hair loss. Do yourself a favour and do your research when looking into electrolysis, and only go to places that are 5 stars. I found a new girl and have only done a couple sessions with her, and I already see a big improvement in my hair loss, compared to before when I was going to Bay Street Clinic of Electrolysis.

Dana is amazing! Electrolysis is really the fried and true way for hair removal, especially for the face. I did laser many times and just after 3 sessions of electrolysis, the finer hairs are almost all gone, and the tougher ones, take so much longer to grow.Dana is such a personal and warm person, and she takes you through every step of the treatment.

Always cheerful and genuinely wants the best for all her clients. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I initially decided to start electrolysis but I’m very glad I did.

Absolutely incredible experience! Dana is the best!!! She is incredibly educated, overly qualified and simply a pleasure to spend time with, always the most interesting and insightful conversations. Time flies by and I was not even aware of any pain when doing my electrolysis, she has the most gentle approach to skincare. By far the best in Toronto. I trust her to get done all of my hair removal, be it laser or electrolysis, which is a permanent hair removal and I do hope that Dana’s clinic and services receive all the proper attention they deserve. Will he recommending to all of my family and friends, and purchasing packages as gifts. So impressed!

I have been seeing Dana for a month now for facial electrolysis and I can’t believe it took me this long. I have been seeing tremendous results! I am a woman with excessive facial hair due to PCOS and Dana has made me feel so comfortable right from the start.This process is not painless and requires quite the time commitment in the beginning but is so worth it. After two initial two hour appointments my chin and neck were clear and I have just been going back for maintenance sessions weekly. I am down to a half hour session once a week. The length of time I can go between appointments will increase and the length of my appointments will decrease further. I expect the process to take about a year in total, but even a month in I don’t even think about the hair growth anymore.I am so excited to be hair free after dealing with this condition for the past decade! Dana has lifted a weight off my shoulders. She makes time for her clients and truly cares. I look forward to our sessions and seeing how excited she is at my results too. Can’t recommend her enough!
