Thought I needed their service but after speaking with them online.I figured I can probably do it myself. Learned something new. These guys were quick to respond, price they were offering.me.was.also reasonable and they were super friendly!

Very impressed with this service. Excellent work at a fair price. I brought my MacBook in after my 2 year old stuffed a couple DVDs (simultaneously) into the CD drive. The team at Geek4Cheap was able to repair the damage within a few hours so I could still meet my work deadlines.

So uh, my laptop screen was separating from the plastic frame. So I took it here to get it fixed. I was literally charged almost $70 to have someone spend 2 minutes drilling 3 screws into the back of my laptop. He didn't even try to take his time and be careful. There's large gouges all around the one screw looks like he was rushing it in and the screws slipped and made deep scratches. I was definitely overcharged for this poorly done job. This is not professional.

Very Unhappy! Tim checked my computer fan for issues, we decided to put in a new fan,. The woman there called me that they ordered the fan from their supplier and it is shipped from USA and won't be in until somewhere between April 29th and May20th! So picked up the computer brought it home. I tried to connect to the internet and my machine shows no wireless networks in my area, there are many here. So after googling how to fix issues on my phone to find out why, I am told this morning by another techie, it's very likely my antenna was unplugged when Tim had it open! I have to reopen it to reconnect. But Tim vehemently denies thisand says there are many reasons for it not working! 1 being it could have done updates and corrupted it!! Really? how did it update when it can't connect to the internet? Just pure bullshyte I do not recommend geek4cheap!UPDATE: I took my laptop to another computer store, they opened the back and the antenna was indeed, not connected, they connected it and did not charge me.

I honestly cant say enough about the owner Mike and his wife very pleasant people, service man Tim and Ethan extremely helpful.Ethan came to my home to help me get my computer set up and running properly, couldnt do enough for me. I will most definitely recommend them. Thank u

Excellent service!! They built my sons gaming computer and did a fantastic job! The entire staff is friendly, professional, helpful and did a great job answering all of our questions! We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!

Geek4Cheap quickly figured out a problem we had already spent hours working on by ourselves and sold us a replacement part at a very fair price. My only regret is not coming to them sooner! Thank you!
