Unfortunately both Dr Yates are retired now & their office can't accommodate my pets anymore, no vets available. So I was able to get an appointment with Hickson Veterinary. What a great experience we had. They know there business & provided a quote without even asking for one. My pet was very relaxed after surgery for being neutered & recovered like nothing even happened. Overall a great experience & I'm even looking forward to our next visit.

Everyone I have interacted with (over email, over the phone, and in person) has been very kind and caring! They listen to your concerns and are great with your pets! We've only had to take one of our cats so far, but they have been absolutely wonderful with her pre-op check-up and spay!

My moms dog goes to this vet and they are polite and knowledgeable! I really enjoy having to go in there to pick things up. The staff are so kind!! They are gentle and caring. Would definitely recommend

I can’t say enough great things about Hickson Vet. The last few weeks both our Beagles had separate “urgent” issues and they were both seen almost immediately. The Dr’s are phenomenal, Heather and Michelle are amazing. Cheddar and Pickles both love going in for their visits to go make the rounds and see all their friends! I really appreciate the care and compassion they show. Kindness goes a long way! Very glad to have made the switch!

The service and compassion level in here is through the roof. We felt our little boy was given the best treatment ever. Health and safety is paramount. A well organized establishment with amazing staff.

Great receptionist, tech and veterinarian. They listen and only prescribe what your animal needs. Thorough and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone. I drove from Woodstock as the booking delays in the city are up to a month in some cases. Hickson was able to book 2 weeks out.
