It's been almost 18 months since we moved here, and there are issues that have not been solved yet: electric panel door gets opened anytime and hits you in the face if not careful while entering into my apartment, microwave making unusual loud noise at times, few times not received the notices for water shutdown. We did not have a secure net for the windows until after 8 months of moving in (that also when they change the doors and windows for all apprtments). Management and maintenance are very poor.

We lived here for about 15 months or so, the management changed from Timbercreek to Hazelview properties.The good part- the building (if renovated apartment) doesn’t get any maintenance repairs, even if you complain- they get it done.The livable- common laundry - atleast they got upgraded recently. Except for the alley behind the apartment, downtown Windsor- walkable from river front. Very close to the US tunnel if you commute to the USThe bad-We had our car broken into - inside the garage- no action taken taken.Water shutdowns happen often (every 1-2 weeks)- why can’t they fix it in one go?

From day one I've had unresolved issues; Paint splatters all over the apartment floors, bath tub paint peeling off and not connected to the door entry buzzer (which makes any day time deliveries a hassle.) There has been constant construction, water and hydro shut offs. Drug users at the back entrance, dirty needles and garbage. It's rare to get in touch with anyone from the management team.

Alicia Coller has been kindly, ecfient, and she has been answered all our questions soon. The apartment is nice and in a good conditions, the location is good and close the river.
