We have had 2 daughters have their braces done here. Dr Woo and his amazing team are friendly and talkative! They make my girls feel extremely comfortable! My daughter has an appointment this morning and is excited to go! What more can you ask for!

Never referring anyone here again!!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION and no concern for your well-being!!! He shaved precious enamel without consent and permanently altered the length of a tooth without asking. A procedure that should be painless was rushed and the patient's questions and concerns were ignored. Upon returning home they realized that thier gums were carelessly CUT UP AND BLEEDING in the process! Additionally he will lie about your projected finish date. Expect needless minor corrections to extend the process by a year or more then at the end he will kick you to the curb like yesterday's trash. Protect yourself!

My daughter had her braces done here and I had Invisalign. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the lady whom worked at the front desk, Coral was very helpful in tending to all matters with my insurance company which made for a very pleasant experience. I have recommended Dr. Woo's office to friends and family and will continue to do so!

Dr. Woo and his team of tooth fairies are amazing! They are patient, kind, caring and supportive and make you feel so welcome at each and every visit. They are clear about the changes that need to happen to get you to that perfect smile and I couldn’t be happier with my outcome! Thank you all for everything over the last number of years! ❤️

I am a single parent and I work some crazy hours. Coral is always so helpful and so lovely to deal with!! She is always running around doing something but no matter how busy she always greets us with a smile! Dr Woo is very reasonable considering I went to another ortho first and they quoted me almost double!! Not to mention he really goes above and beyond for his patients. Excellent staff and service all around.

I had braces as an adult with Dr. Woo a few years ago and I am so happy with my results!! I'm not really sure what some of the other reviews are talking about. All the staff are amazing! The ladies at the front were always super friendly and asked how my day was going. Made me feel very comfortable. The dental assistants were fantastic! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and they always made it as painless as possible. As for Dr. Woo, I found him to be very knowledgeable, kind and funny! I have recommended him to all my family and friends and several of their kids have had their braces with Dr. Woo as well. Definitely gets five stars from me!

I have to say that I brought both my boys in for braces. Every time we come in for thier appointments, Stacy and Coral greet us ask us about our day and really are genuinely interested in getting to know us as people and not just the current appointment. I enjoy the calm and inviting atmosphere Dr. Woo's office has become. All of the staff here take care in what they do and have the best interests of each and every person who comes into the office.I completely appreciate the reminder calls Stacy gives me since our conversation about me being forgetful. Without the help Stacy gives me by going above and beyond, I am positive that we would have missed quite a few appointments. Dr Woo is lucky to have a wonderful person like Stacy taking care of his clients.

I've read a lot of reviews about Dr Woo's office staff and services . I personally think everyone who works there is awesome! Especially Stacy and Coral at the front desk. I have always been weclomed into the office with a huge smile and great warmth with every visit . They always asked me how my day is and what my plans were for the day. I would talk to them about my day as if I was speaking to my friends. They are just awesome and very friendly .Dr Woo made me laugh a lot during my appointments and he is very intelligent . He made me feel very confident and comfortable with how my treatment would turn out . I got my braces off recently and I am very happy with my results . I am shocked by some comments about the staff at the front desk because I have never encountered a single bad experience at this office . Thank you Dr Woo for my million dollar smile!!! Both our daughters had their braces done by Dr. Woo and his amazing staff. Through the years we have had only positive experiences with them. From the girls at the front desk welcoming us in with a smile, to Coral working her magic with our insurance company, and the assistants always cheerfully making conversation and showing patience and understanding to our daughter with extra needs. Dr. Woo was always smiling and had a positive attitude, and did amazing work! We fully recommend Dr. Woo and his staff and thank them for their caring and hard work to make our daughters smiles what they are today.

I had my braces done here and everyone was so great! Dr Woo is always nice, Colby doesn’t mess around getting straight to work and Coral always worked extra hard to get me an appointment around my difficult schedule. There is another girl at the front who always seems too busy to talk to me (she’s very rude!) but Coral always makes up for it with her smile and pleasant personality!
