Laurie is really a one of a kind leasing agent. She made the experience feel personal and was attentive to all our questions and calls. We have lived in our Tridel rental for just about a year and when we got news that our landlord was selling the unit and we would have to leave we were devastated. We called Laurie immediately and explained the situation and asked her to let us know if she knows of anything coming to the market. A couple weeks later Laurie called me and mentioned a unit was coming up and we were able to move on it so quickly. Laurie really went above and beyond here as many people would probably just say they'd do their best. Renting with Laurie really makes this experience incredible!

Do everything you can to avoid renting with them. If anything breaks in your unit, they completely ignore maintenance requests. I've been trying for six months to get a basic repair. I've sent emails, made calls -- on the rare instances someone gets assigned to me they disappear as well. I complain or escalate and nothing changes. I've never dealt with such a bad property management company in my life.Also worth noting that the vast majority of the positive reviews for this company pertain to some leasing agent name Laurie. They have nothing to do with the management services this company provides and I find those reviews highly suspect. Del Rentals deserves 1 star. Awful company.

Our refrigerator was not working and we had complained to rental management. Had an excellent experience dealing with the home services team when I needed work done on my unit. Meesum was very helpful with all of the issues I had. He made sure to contact me at every point to make sure that everything has been set up with the handyman and plumbers, and then called again after the work has been completed to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction. When I had an issue with the plumbing, not being quite right after the plumber came the first time, Meesum quickly arranged for the plumber to come back within the same day of me notifying him so the issue was resolved immediately. Cannot recommend them enough and feel that I am in safe hands whenever my unit needs work again.

Editing my previous review below. They contacted me the next day and made request to the owner to accept a notice less than 60 days and the owner agreed. Therefore I’ve changed my rating to 5.—— Their services are good but they are heartless listening to customers. I lived in their condo for more than 2 years. when I wanted to leave, I gave a notice on June 4 to end the contract on July 31. They won’t accept my notice because they want 60 days notice whereas I gave only 57. No matter how much I ask them they won’t accept a 3 days delay. I would rather rent directly from a landlord than this company.

After months of condo hunting in a very competitive Toronto market, Del made the experience easy and seamless! Sharaz the leasing coordinator and Laurie the senior leasing representative were extremely patient, helpful and informative and made the renting and moving process efficient.
