Since the beginning of 2022, I have used the services of this post office numerous times. Living close and being retired, the location is convenient for me. Regardless of the person serving me, their service is polite, efficient, and bilingual. I was asked by a friend to sell a collection of his and all proceeds donated to the local SPCA. This Canada Post location made that task much easier. Thank you all at the service counter!

Woman on the phone was nice and helpful... in letting me know that since I work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, there is no way that I can personally come get my mail since their opening hours are 9am to 5pm weekdays.

I went for a return today at around 4 something pm and the guy doing my return package was so so kind and generous. I think he’s a latino or an arab, middle aged man, bless his kind words! I had a positive experience. :)

Never have any problems when I go. Sometimes the lines are long but it all depends on what the customers in front of you want.

Their is a very nice Lady named Stephanie at the reception, She did not have to help me with my mistake, when the pack is sent its sent people! but she helped anyways, If you can imagine, she cared about that one random package, on that one random day! I can't thank her enough!I am sure she won't even remembers this, but she gave me, the best service I've ever had in all of the 101 Canada post offices I have ever been to. e mails are sent out with different opening hours than the location is actually open. if you work 9 - 5, you can never pick up a parcel

The front desk employees actively exhibited passive aggressive non-verbal language, demonstrated attitudes, repetitively employed unprofessional condescending language, and the management encouraged this sort of behaviour by participating in it. The textbook example of HOW NOT TO do Custom Services.
