The second time I brought my baby there the first time they cut her private parts one day before we went to the cottage and 250 dollar vet bill,,, gave them one more try and they said oh maybe the clippers were to hot last time so I said not so short this time and we’ll here we go again another expensive visit to the vet who said clippers were to hot NEVER again!!!!!

We picked this place after reading Google reviews and were not disappointed. They did an excellent job on our dogs and we have received nothing but compliments on how nice they look. Reasonable price, nice people, great job.

Was very disappointed as was not told that my dog would be waiting in a crate or room for hours before being groomed. His appointment was at 10am and we couldn’t pick him up until 4pm. The groom probably took a few hours as he was like a bear (he’s a golden doodle 65lbs) but should have done my due diligence re crating beforehand. Also not very happy with groom or $$Would like to update my review from yesterday. I spoke with the owner this morning about being unhappy with our dog’s groom and she was very apologetic and offered to tidy him up which she did so today. A big thank you for her customer service.

I love this place. My dog is a Jack Russell mix so he does not need anything fancy but he has an undercoat and an over coat and looks scruffy. Sierra made him look like a million bucks just did a really good job of grooming him. I have had him groomed in a very fancy place in Toronto for a lot more money and they did not do a better job than Sierra did.

Incredible value and service! There is a professional crew here who are kind to your pet, excellent trimmers and raise the bar in customer service. I paid almost half of what I typically pay at city groomers but got twice the expectation in customer service and canine satisfaction. Thank you Sierra for being so awesome!
