After much thought, I decided to leave this review of my recent experience with Vine Auto Services.A few weeks ago I brought our vehicle in for a brake replacement. The initial experience was pleasant - Muhammad explained the work he would be doing and quoted a price. He explained the price was relatively high because he would be using top quality parts" for the pads and rotors. He even offered to have us pay under the table to save on the sales tax. We completed the transaction and I was left satisfied.A couple of days later we noticed frequent squeeling when braking the vehicle. Concerned

This shop Saved my fishing trip. I was headed to walkerton from the GTA for the weekend and my rear brake calliper seized up I came across this shop and spoke with Mohammed that was working on a car and closing up shop shortly. He went out of his way to help me out. Had me up and running in no time. Super friendly nice guy. 100% recommend this shop as he was honest and went above and beyond to get me on my way. Much appreciated and it was a great priceThanks

Don’t get fooled by past years reviews.. This guy Mohammad doesn’t know how to work with cars.. he messed up my car wiring and have pay so much after to get it fixed from the dealership… He is just a desi mechanic who doesn’t even know basic knowledge of cars.. I recommend do-not waste your money and time going to this CHOR.. He took money from me never fixed my car and never returned my money and told me to go to dealership after as he can’t know how to fix it after

This guys ate friendly on personal level and pocket friendly as well. I got my oil change at 40cad, 80cad for coolant flush and they were very respectful. Patronize them.

Good and fast service with competitive prices. I like that they showed me the parts before installation, confirmed the price and they also showed me the older worn parts. I recommend their service.

Highly recommended! I'm new to Guelph and I got the chance to bring my vehicles to vine auto. They were very professional, very honest and gave me good advice on what I really needed to fix. Cost is reasonable for a very high quality of service.

DO not be fooled by all the previous reviews,i would give it 0 stars if i could. this place and the people working there are hands down the scummiest people i have met, they were extremely rude to my mother who is in her 60s and does not know much about cars. i am baffled as to how these people are in business... if you want to be treated like trash and belittled then go ahead and come here.otherwise take your needs to the countless other auto shops in the city that will appreciate your business.
