If I could give negative stars I would. I visit the Dundas location all the time and have great experiences. I was in the area if this location so had figured I’d just stop in to get what I needed with my spouse. We walked in didn’t even get all the way to the counter, didn’t say hello, didn’t even have a chance to talk before being confronted by a girl in glasses telling us to give her our id or get out. I’m 30 years old and my spouse is 45 can very clearly see we are of age. Either way the way we were treated we walked out, and as we walked out she yelled at us rudely. My spouse went back in and said she needs to learn how some customer service and she said back why don’t you come teach me some, then proceeds to threaten to call police and scream at the top of her lungs people that were going into the store watched an heard this and turned around and left. You lose so much buisness in just our sake and who ever else saw this. I’ve never been treated so disgusting in a place of buisness, the lady was intimidating, rude and for absolutely no reason. I would never feel comfortable giving my personal or or information to this location as this woman is a serious issue. I will never visit this location again, and I will be contacting management until something is done about this situation I deserve an apology from this very rude worker m. I will make sure I tell everyone I can about this so that no one else has to endure this behaviour. If this is how you allow employees to conduct your store you won’t have much buisness. Absolutely disgusting

I went in today not knowing exactly what I needed as I just recently quit smoking and wanted to try something new, Jim was eager to help and was able to answer all of my questions. The atmosphere of the store was very pleasant and I am very happy with the service they provided. Will be back for sure. Keep up the good work gentleman

I love this store and the staff. All are excellent.

Store policy of mandatory requiring my full name is ridiculous. Staff were very rude when I said I just want to pay for my product and take it - I do not want an account - I do not want to give my name email or anything else - I just wanted to buy the product and ended up walking out empty-handed. Good thing there’s another Vape store every couple of miles cause I’ll never buy from this place again. I’m 55 years old and it was not an issue questioning whether I was of age!!In a competitive market the store policy is not very bright!

If I could give zero stars I would. All the staff that work here are extremely rude. They think they’re so much better than everyone else cause they work at a vape store? Like chill and be a little happier. Ur no better than anyone else

Went to see if I could exchange a set of batteries that had one not charge anymore after only a few weeks. Was told they do not exchange batteries so bought another set. Realized one of the batteries had corrosion and some unknown substance on the positive terminal, which with 18650s is a pretty big safety risk. Went back and again was told they couldn't exchange it until I asked for a manager and was allowed to exchange for another. Good prices but check your batteries guys....

Just went in to buy coils and had a great experience with Rana. She had such positive energy that really made my day. True customer service

Ive been coming here since they opened . review is for present staff and service. In the past ive had a couple quality issues and no help from old staff but no quality issues for a long time. Usually a couple young ladies working when i go and they are always friendly and helpful.

I decided to try this forest city shop over others, because it is closer to home. When I arrived I was greeted nicely by the young woman, however, the experience there could have been better.It felt rushed even though they were not busy, and the blonde guy with glasses was pretty ignorant towards me. From stand point he should have been more patient and when he offered a new line up of menthol, I said no, because I don’t like menthol. He still directed me to his favourite juices that weren’t menthol, however, it was with an eye roll.All in all an “okay” experience, but I will be going to the forest city vape shop in the future near Masonville, as they uphold a greater customer service experience. Even when busy.
