Iris was an incredible coach, the only 3 months I got to work with her were such a fun, helpful and motivating time. Through different exercises and visualizations, I was able to re-center my ideas and determine the focus of my next professional but also personal moves with accuracy and ease. I attended the Bolt Careers bootcamp in February 2018.The flow of the day was very powerful. Iris delivered an excellent and empowering workshop, with the perfect balance of casual conversation and professional delivery. I found added benefit in sharing the exercises with like-minded people.I was empowered to try something that I had previously dropped as an idea - and 10 months later it's grown into a successful business! All thanks to the boost of motivation I got from the Bolt Careers bootcamp.

I attended the Career Reinvention workshop in March 2019. Through Iris' unique interactive exercises, brainstorming and expertise, she helped me realize my vision and purpose in this world. Iris is very skilled at what she does and am I excited to continue working with her in our follow up sessions!

A few days ago I was at a full day workshop by Bolt Careers. This was for mid-career and entrepreneurs to reinvent their careers. I had an amazing time and got so much value out of it. Although it was a rare sunny day in Vancouver, I would not have spent that Saturday any other way. 10/10 recommend!

I attended the Bolt Careers Bootcamp and the class helped me feel more confident and less confused about what a career is and should be. I got some good tips/advice from participants who are in the same boat as me who want to find satisfying careers that give back. It helped me realize that I'm not alone in this journey, and that it is very important to talk with others about what we want in our careers and in life - they are both intertwined.
