Hero Certified Burgers
Decent spot, burgers were made fresh when you order.Combos are quite expensive though. Add $5 for a drink and fries. The cup is fairly small, I'd say a few sips and it's done. So if you're going to order the combo, just eat there so you can at least refill your drink a few times before you leave.The dining area itself is fairly clean and maintained. The bathroom leaks water everywhere though, so watch your shoes!

Nice clean place with amazing burgers and excellent customer service. The food was ready in under 10 minutes and the patties were juicy, chewy and fresh. Standard hero certified burger yumminess.I wouldnt recommend blue cheese burgers if you arent accustomed to it given its an acquired taste and it isnt like some modified version of cheddar and mozzarella.They have a new vegan burger out which i am wanting to try and see what it tastes like. I love my meat(no pun intended) but i am always open to trying other options. Added a picture of it with my review

Food was amazing. Service was quick. Place is very clean and for babies they have booster seats too.Owner is very friendly and so easy to talk too. Will answer question to the dot.Would definitely come back

Not only was the burger not tasty and tiny in comparison to the bun, but also gave me bad food poisoning. I ordered via UberEats and will never order from here again. The delivery was fine, but the burger itself had me so sick all night and the next day. I don't recommend to anyone

They do seafood???!!! I ordered from Uber eats but it was under Hero Certified Seafood. I was confused at first but it was coming from the same location as Hero Certified Burger. It came in their packaging as well.Maybe they are testing the whole fish and chips market out but the fish is definitely not on par with what you expect and get when you order a burger. It was worth a try but I won’t order this again.

This is quite possibly the best burger joint in Richmond Hill. The service can be a little slow in the late evening but it's worth the wait.

If your craving for a late night burger, this is the place to go too. Came around 11pm and ordered a signature combo. The burger was so juicy and soft.

Ordered 4 burgers 2 original cheese burgers and 2 spicy crispy sandwiches. The cheese burgers were good but both the chicken burgers felt small in comparison to other locations. taste was ok felt like they put too much mayo. Not sure why they squished all the sandwiches very tightly cause it caused one of the sandwiches to become distorted.

We were in the area yesterday on Yonge Street & tired of going to Subway, decided to drop in at Hero CB. That was a good decision, sorry great decision & choice.We had 1 signature & 1 Heavy Hitter & sweet potato fries...juicy, delicious beef burgers & buns to go with it. The customer service too was excellent- very courteous & welcoming staff!

Food was fine. Service was not. The guy taking orders didn't greet us when we came in. Instead, he made us wait while he finished whatever he was doing on his phone. Everything that we ordered was charged as individual items instead of combos so we ended up paying extra. When I asked for a receipt, he was unable to provide one. Following this, he went back to playing on his phone.
