Quick, fair, and warm service. A part of our front bumper was pulled out due to a parking mishap. We went to 2 other mechanics who told us we would have to replace the part for upwards of 500$. Sam and his team were the only ones who gave us the alternative option of patching things up. They did a great, clean job and gave us a very fair price as well. This is will definitely be our go-to place now!

Got the company work van repaired here, was met by the manager Sam, service and quality of work was top notch.The part that was exceptional was when I found out today I forgot my gate/garage opener inside their own courtesy cars. I called in to a lady named Sarah, she told me the Loaner was out to another client. She called the client and asked if the opener was still there and lucky enough, it was! She then said she will get one of the shop guys to pick it up from the client, and I can get it back around 4pm. I went back to pick it up and saved from buying a new one and programming it again!

I rarely write any reviews online, but this time I will take this opportunity to say thank to Sam and his team for their exceptional work done to my car.I'm Henry, and my car got involved in a collision 3 months ago with damage front bumper, fender and headlight, and I took my car to Fraser View Collision with my ICBC claim. Sam arranged an appointment to get the damage cost estimation for my car 2 weeks later due to high volume demand (other repair shops told me I need to wait at least 1 to 2 months). After I got my car towed to his body shop, he inspected my car and report the damage to ICBC and got the approval in 5 business days. Then he called me to let me know I need to wait around 2-3 weeks to get my car back, depending on how fast he could order the parts. He also provided me a rental car for free during this time (Toyota RAV4 2022, which I liked it a lot).Three weeks later, he called me again to get my car back, and when I came there, I was so happy that my car was fixed perfectly and identical to its appearance before the accident (even better). He didn't tell me, but I realized his team also painted some chips on my hood and it's acceptable for my taste; just a quick job done and free, so I couldn't ask more for the quality. They also cleaned my car, washed and vacuumed carefully before handing it to me. I really appreciated that much.Then I tested my car for a week or so, and I realized that I got a problem with the car; maybe it's related to the accident. I called Sam and he asked me to come to his shop to check ASAP. In that affternoon, I took my car there, then 1 day later he called me to come to get my car back. My family was so surprised because his team checked it so quickly and fixed it with an incredible speed. Until now after a week, I'm very satisfied with my car after being repaired. Hat off to Sam and his team for their friendliness, honesty, excellent work.

My car ran out of gas right next to a gas station. I asked the gas station attendant if he had any gasoline canisters, and he said no. There was a body shop right across the street from where my car was parked called Fairview Collision. So I thought that they might have a gas canister. When I went to the shop, I’m pretty sure it was the owners son that I spoke to, I asked him if he had any gas canisters I could borrow so he went to the back of the shop. When the owner came out to meet me I told him about the situation and if I could borrow a gas canister and he said as long as you bring it back and I said of course. The gas container already contained some fuel in it so I asked how much do I owe you and he said don’t worry about it, which was very nice of him. All the people that I spoke to at Fairview Collision were very kind and helpful to me even though I was not a client. This says something about the owners of this body shop. Thank you very much.

Was recommended this body shop by a family friend. Highly disappointed in the service I received. Messaged the online chat and inputted my information into the “contact us” form and never heard back. Called the office and the manager told me to just bring the car in to take some pictures and get an estimate. I brought the car in after work, and met Sam who is the general manager. He took some pictures of my car and told me to email him my insurance papers as I couldn’t find them in my car. I emailed them that day. I waited a week and a half with no contact from the repair centre. I finally called to ask an for an update, and the receptionist said she could see the email, but thinks Sam “skipped over” my email. It’s not been another week and no contact or call. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time with this repair centre.

Excellent work, superior quality. Fraserview did both body/trim repair as well as replaced a broken window on my vehicle. You cannot tell there was any repair, just flawless. It may actually look better than before. You have to respect that craftmanship. Sam read my mind and ordered a part for an unrelated nick to a taillight. He offered me a good price and I authorized the repair, which was done quickly as he had already ordered the part. And did I mention the detailing? The vehicle looked brand new. Can't recommend them enough for collision repair.

Good people. Our car was an old model but they managed to find the tail light replacemnet for it and didn’t charge us for anything. Very happy customer :)
