I had my townhouse inspected by Troy on the recommendation of my realtor. First mistake (don't use the one your realtor recommends as they just want the sale to go through). I specifically asked about the roof and he said the moss was not a problem. The following year roof needed replacing. The upstairs shower leaked into the living room below within a month of my moving in. On closer inspection you could see that there had been previous staining that was poorly covered up. The furnace blew only cold air and needed repairs immediately. All of these were missed in the home inspection. Save your money.
