Arrived 20 minutes before close. Ready to order 3 combos. I was simple told ‘we are closed’.. odd considering the door was unlocked and the sign said open until 10pm and it was 9:40.I’m sure that I am not the only person that this happens to at this location, and I’m sure whenever the owner is wont be happy that they missed out on my $40+ and whoever else’s money that is getting turned away 20 minutes before close.

Food is good, staff are usually quite patient and good at their job. Rarely have to repeat myself when ordering. Pricing is decent. Location isnt bad, with ample parking out front and pots more in the back. Washrooms are usually pretty clean. Recommend it here

Restaurant was clean. Bread was fresh. But our order was incorrect. We doubled meat and cheese on the first sub, and then the 3 other subs we ordered were also made this way. We didn't have time to argue at the cash so we paid the extra and left.

I have eaten a lot of subway in my life. They are not all created equal. I've had times where the ingredients are not as fresh as they should be here, which is a shame. All the staff are super good friendly though, so I keep coming back. They are a great bunch.

This location used to be my favorite, but now with the new owners and new staff it has gone downhill big time. They don't leave the food in the toaster for the whole timer (last time I went it was only put in for 7 seconds), they hardly put any toppings on and I swear they just ignore the customers and put on whatever they feel is fit. By the time I leave am so frustrated and they seem utterly annoyed with me because I am constantly correcting them.

Go here if you like rude service. With so many locations everywhere, why pick the one where their employees are miserable?Went in last night with my family and walked out after being scolded and barked at. We requested to change our order because they sold out of the second sub we wanted and therefore, couldn't use the coupon. Apparently this was too much of an inconvenience and annoyance for them.Terrible customer service from these two workers, one guy and a girl there at the time.

I called to inform them that my entire sub looked like it had been squeezed and now looks more like a hot dog bun, the man then tried to blame skip delivery. Well there were also 2 other subs in the bag and they were perfect. They could not take responsibility, I was not looking for a replacement I was just looking for some acknowledgment. I miss what customer service use to be.
