Difficult to navigate app. Called in for customer service and they were rude. One scooter didn't work but charged me a ride.

This is the most well-run scooter business in the Americas.The started by renting Segways and then moved to e-scooters in 2019.I traveled to Halifax just to document the success of this business. All night long people continued to ride his scooters around the city. They are a lot of fun and make the hills in Halifax tolerable. But just make sure to return the scooter to an authorized parking zone, or you will get fined.I highly recommend this business. If traveling to Halifax, please take a tour on a Segway or rent a scooter. You will be glad you did.

One of the best ways to explore the city and let your inner child play. Planned to do it for half an hour and ended up using them for a couple of hours. Can’t recommend these enough. Make sure to download their app before going out to find them.
