Requested exterior photos and interior photos of the basement suite. Did not receive any photos of the backyard like I was hoping for. Photograper did not read my directions and forced entry into the upstairs suite where my tenants resided. She told them the house was being sold and took photos despite their requests not to. Tenants had just moved in and were furious with me. They threatened filing a greivance and I ended up taking money off their rent after apologising profusely. Ended up costing a lot for service I would not request again from this company. Would have all been avoided if the photographer just read my very clear directions. Same was taken up with management of the company who agreed the directions were clear. Management stated they would call and offer my tenants an apology, which they informed me they never received. Wish I had just taken photos on my cellphone and avoided the headache and unfortunate start to landlord-tenant relationship.

We had photos of our condo that we thought were good, Drew contacted us and said that they offer professional photos with a 24 hour turnaround. I was concerned because we currently have tenants in the condo. We quickly found out that there was no reason to be concerned! Quiksell Photographer Kim ensured the condo looked beautiful, took amazing photos and was in and out in record time! Very professional! The photos are incredible, and there is a night and day difference between our original photos and the photos from Quiksell. In less than 24 hours we had our new, beautiful photos online.
