It was nice to stay here in this property with the previous managers but with this new manager Rani as she introduce herself??? She is the worst manager I have ever met or dealt with?We will be signing the petition to kick her out ASAP? She was throwing all the kids toys without letting us know. Could you imagine how devastated all the kids in the neighborhood when they come out and no toys to play with?This was a family environment to begin with... That's the reason why we choose this place. How will they say now that this place is for family?People are beginning to move out since she became the manager. Almost every week, there is move out but no move in..And another reason why I'm giving this a ZERO star because maintenance is so bad. When you request for a maintenance, they will come after few weeks. And they will enter your place without 24 hour notice. When they come, they didn't fix the problem at all... Appliances are not working properly...So folks, do you still consider to rent in this place? Maybe yes, when they change their MANAGER. The qualification of a manager doesn't fits her..RANI???? I don't even know her name because she is not worthy to remember with. I just remember how bad she is ..

I’ve just started getting moved in but so far my experience has been really positive. The suite was clean and suits me as the only person occupying it, it is a bit dated though and dining area being carpeted feels strange to me. But overall it’s a really cute place that’s convenient for my needs and the price is right. Rani has been so lovely and helpful for me and I really appreciate everything so far and her attention to detail. Looking forward to living here!

This is the first time I do a review here in north haven i been living here for many years and haven’t have a problem with the previous landlord but this Rani the new manager who is bossy, or i can say the WORSE MANAGER I’ve met!!She have so much concern with the kids toysWhy are the kids don’t have freedom to play outside???Maintenance they don’t even give notice if they shutdown the heater, and if there’s a concern I don’t even get a notice that the maintenance will come in our unit they just come in and out.Mailbox is not even fixMain entrance door brokenHomeless people in and out in the buildingNo one picking up litter outside building.How come rani did not give attention with the main problem that giving us a notice now and then to remove the chair on front of the unit.I am in bursting mad with her action.Maybe higher management would take a look with the concern of your tenants as you can see when rani take over this site many of your tenants move out.

I lived at North Haven Estates for about 3 years. I had no issues with my unit. Brani was the building manager at the time and still is, he has an amazing personality. Brani is respectful, friendly, kind and attended to whatever issues I had regarding my unit. He ensured that all problems pertaining to tenants units were attended right away in fact on the same day. Don who works closely with Brani has an awesome personality as well. He was always on time to do repairs. Awesome building manager Brani! Keep it up!

Rani is a good lanlord i have living here for 7 months dont have any issues with her or her team at the complex always on the ball getting stuff done call for or any issues need to be looked at very nice person to talk to deal with ...

I have lived in these apartments for over a decade and have been thru many, many resident managers and maintenance people and Brani G and Don are the absolute best. When things need doing, they get them done right away if possible, if not possible one of them will let you know. They keep the halls and common areas as clean as possible and try to keep the parking lot clean as well. They are great people who take the time and care enough to listen.

Have lived through a few different landlords and the new one Brani is honestly the best i have ever had. always attentive, always helpful he even closed my window during the day when there was a storm when i texted him. Whatever they are paying him isn't high enough he has really helped clean up the place greatly and is amazing to see the transformation. keep up the great work!

Rani is best Manager for this building, always returning calls and attending to all matters on the Same day.

We have been a resident of North Haven for more than 3 years. Brani, our current resident manager, is such an amazing person. He is very nice and accommodating. He listens, he cares and he respects everyone. Our place is well maintained, from the floor to the laundry room, everything is well kept. If we asks him for some maintenance work, the very next day or within the day, Don (our maintenance person) is already knocking at our door. If there seems to be an emergency , you can see him around right away, checking the facilities and the people. I don’t know how he was able to that, provided that he is the only overseer of the many. It makes our place, A Home.
