I am astounded at the horrendous quality of this product. I have purchased two pairs of Camper sneakers back in August, and I have taken good care of both. However, I do live in Vancouver, so of course once or twice I was caught wearing the shoes on the rain. The moment the shoes got damp, the dye used in both pairs of sneakers leaked onto the fabric, rendering the shoes ruined and embarrassing to wear. To reiterate, this is damage from wearing the shoes on a single rainy day.I have contacted customer support to see if the shoes can be replaced under warranty; after reviewing my claim for a week, customer support got back to me with a single line response: Unfortunately your claim has not been accepted. They have determined that the shoes did not have any manufacturing problems."I would stay away from this brand. The dyes they use are clearly of extremely poor quality

Great styles and service. I had purchased some Camper running shoes online, but they didn't fit. I returned them to the Robson store which was super easy. I ended up buying a different style and size. Glad that they have this synergy between online and in store.

I addictive to campers shoes .I bout a new boot last week .The behavior of the seller was respectful and friendly and she guided me very well .You can't find parking easily.Finding a parking space takes some time .
