Had some issues when the shed was first built but the new owner contacted me after hearing my concerns and corrected everything. It's rare that someone takes responsibility and goes above and beyond to make it right. Thanks guys for fixing the issues. Much appreciated!

Brad installed our new shed in early May 2018 and extended the cement pad out the back of the shed 18 as a suggestion to help with some additional storage (tires etc). Shed looks really fantastic.. Unfortunately the Northsheds team didn't grade the extended pad properly and water is making its way into shed.As an update

I am a return customer having ordered a shed about 8 years ago and happy with it. I ordered a new custom shed back in July. It was a special design to look like our boathouse. They told me they cannot deliver until early October to which I agreed to. They contacted me to setup the delivery 2 weeks before. I travelled to the cottage however no one showed up. I called numerous times and their voice mail box is full so you can't leave a message. Numerous emails were sent and I've heard nothing. The shed was for storage of a hot tub and other items. I put my trust in them to deliver and they have simply disappeared. Not good business. Avoid them.

We absolutely love our shed from NorthSheds. Our neighbours have one, and we always admired it, so we are glad to have had one built this spring. Well constructed, fairly priced and looks amazing! We got the 8”x8” classic, which for occasional use (gardening equipment, toy storage, etc.) should be perfect.

I first purchased a shed about 15 years ago. It was of good quality and I had no issues. I subsequently moved and needed another shed which I purchased again form North Sheds. I did this once again by price and found them very competitive the second time around. In addition, their pricing had not changed much to my surprise. The new shed was just the same quality as the first shed. I even had a service call for a minor issue which they gladly and quickly resolved within a short time period. I would strongly recommend North Sheds.

We are so happy with our new sheds from NorthSheds. Teresa made planning very easy and helped us to pick out the best options for our two sheds. Work was completed on the date promised, and they were super fast. A crew showed up and had both sheds completed the same day. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the craftsmanship and high quality materials. These sheds will last for years to come. Highly recommend!

An excellent company to deal with from the ordering phase to design phase to final installation. All the employees we dealt with were both professional and friendly. The work crews who were here on site were open to questions and additions and were a pleasure to work with. We are planning to order a wood shed and screen room from North Sheds in the near future.
