City Ford Service Department

I bought my Ford Fiesta from another dealership , and that dealership is not a ford one- they told me I needed all this work done at my last seasonal service. Which I didn’t trust as I had my car literally under a year at that time. So I brought my car to an actual ford dealership, for my tires / oil change etc. needed a minor tuneup and check on certain things. They had promos , I had great service and they are honest about what needs to be changed or fixed immediately , or what can be done in future. They aren’t sketchy, and found out my car is still under warranty from the prior owner should anything arise. No complaints , staff are nice and I will be back.

Michelle was an excellent help today with my new F150 wheel alignment. Highly recommended. She was friendly and very helpful.

Not fixing the car right the first time! Poor customer service, no quality on there work! No job warranty...fixed my car after 3 days problem comes back. Return my car but asking me to pay again for the labor...very frustrated customer here! I've been a regular customer of City Ford, bought my husband truck and referred 2 of my friends and always been sending my SUV and truck for repair. They don't know how value their customer. Don't bring your car here!

Had to give 1 star because I couldn't post at 0 stars....I tried to contact them multiple times regarding a warranty fix to my car and not once did I receive a call back with answers to my questions. They would not book me in for diagnosis of the problem after I explained the situation. Each time I called, they took down the same information and said they would call back and never did. They also said that if I were to take my vehicle to them, that I would need to pay restocking fees for parts that were included in the warranty work. Overall, really disappointed that I now have to drive to another city to get the required work completed on my car. Will never go to them or recommend them due to the lack of customer service and how they think that they can just push you off for warranty work while you are driving a vehicle that is now considered 'dangerous and not roadworthy' until the fix is completed.
