Bells of Steel

My expierence was a great one with bells of steel. Ive made a few seperate orders with them during the pandemic. One of the few companies out there that didn't gouge the customer with prici g of equipment, and accurate shipping times. I have the lever arms, crumb bumper plates and small accessories. Everything met expectations!

Huge shout out to Brandon for helping us get our set up going today!! Still want to add more eventually, but we couldn't be more impressed with the customer service we received today. We've never built a gym setup before and he was super helpful and patient with us. We will definitely be back to add more in the future.Cheers!

Spent $1500 on 4 kettlebells - a pretty outrageous price to begin with - with the intent of supporting a local Canadian business. I figured that the quality should be great, so I didn't mind spending the extra money.Sadly, only half of my order has arrived and the remaining two bells are in limbo with UPS, with no expected delivery date. I have now emailed the company twice with no response.They use UPS for delivery, even in the same city. UPS beat these packages to garbage. The interior was completely shattered and there's even some superficial damage to the bells.So far my experience with them has not been good and I do not recommend this company to anyone.EDIT: Brandon from their support has offered a 10% refund and has said they've put in an order for my remaining two bells, but I have yet to receive any tracking information. Will update this review as things change.EDIT 2: I have received the remaining bells. The 44kg arrived in good shape... the best of the batch for sure. The 48kg's box didn't survive and it showed up with the packaging beside the bell and the bell itself is quite beat up - but it's better than not showing up at all.As they have given me a 10% refund and shipped out the missing kettlebells, I've changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

Great customer service. I ordered a Hydra lever attachment belt squat. When I received it some pieces were missing.I sent a picture of what I received. Brandon was able to quickly fix the mistake and sent me the remaining pieces.The equipment is High Quality at the fraction of the Price.There Hydra attachments interchangeable with my old Rogue 3x3 5/8th Hole Squat rack.Will only go with Bells of Steel."

Purchased their cast iron mighty grip plates and utility barbell. Honestly love the aesthetic and quality of both items. Shipping took a while but that's the unfortunate reality in the current market. Also it's real nice to support another Canadian company. I will most certainly be purchasing from Bells of Steel again.

Went into the Bells for the first time today and it was a great experience!Brandon was an absolute stud, he gave top notch customer service and was able to answer all questions that I had! He was very knowledgeable and excited to help me out. If nothing else, I would come back for that level of assistance!The equipment is great, lots of great selections and some interesting pieces( I got my eye on a certain ham glute raise). They are getting in slant board come April which I am extremely excited about, because nowhere else in Calgary (I've phoned countless places) carries these!! I am looking forward to a great relationship with Bells of Steel in Calgary!

Fantastic customer service!I ordered a full home gym setup from the Calgary location. Brandon and Said were top notch and put in the extra effort to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. 10/10 will keep buy gear here!

I would give Bells of Steel more than 5 stars if I could. I purchased some Hydra gear during the presale launch and their site didn't have too many specifics on each item yet so I reached out for help and dealt with Brandon. He was amazing; super friendly and quick to answer all of my questions. He even swapped some handles for me like it was no trouble at all even though it was one of those no way they'll do it but I might as well try" situations. Excellent products and a fantastic company to work with. I have purchased many different pieces of equipment and have yet to be disappointed. The customer service is amazing. I have been working with Lawrence for a few years and we have established a great rapport. Lawrence always responds in a timely manner and is very easy going, making the purchasing process enjoyable, fun and easy. A no brainer to order from Bells of Steel!
