Mr.Xiao was the expert on delivery. The couch we got was too wide to get in our new townhome but they figured out to take off one of the sofa leg and finally let it in!!!I was so happy it worked out at the end or we will have to buy another smaller one and schedule another delivery.Highly appreciated and recommended!Nice sofa!

KEVIN IS AWESOME! after we found what we were looking for...a better storage bed for mooonths now...we asked Kevin so many important questions. he didn't just answer then but he went beyond to even check his computer if ever we thought of purchasing then gave us the estimated time of arrival of EACH PIECE we wanted! who does that? we knew that they were so busy but he took his time and literally just gave us what we needed in order to purchase a 3k king bed. safe to say that I will be giving my money to this place anytime.also their decoration style is very high end luxury items. not boho, neo modern, or classic wood pieces...most of the pieces are light and pastel. will come here again for more pieces to fit the bed storage we will be patiently buying. will update when we deal with customer service during the item installation. can't wait!

I’m extremely happy with my purchase at Home Quarters. They carry top quality products that are reasonably priced. In store designers have given me useful recommendations. The white glove delivery staff was very meticulous around my house and put everything exactly where I wanted. Highly recommend!

I bought a dining room table and four chairs. Was greeted and helped by Lily in the showroom. She was not pushy at all and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Didn’t want to wait for shipping so went to the warehouse to pick it up. Joshua who works there was so helpful. He helped pack and move the very very heavy marble top to my SUV. I am very happy with the customer service.
