Despite repeating my feed order several times to the cashier I was given the wrong feed. Double check your merchandise before you leave with it.Sadly most employees here are clueless when it comes to what they sell or where it can be found.

Seriously, made a payment yesterday to have oil refilled.Apparently they don't check payments made and require you to call in the order. Okay makes sense.But then WHY! Do I now have to go to my bank, cancel the payment, GO INTO co-op to pay it in person THEN set up a delivery?I WAS ALSO TOLD HER DIVERS NEED TO BE PUT ON CALL FOR MY DELIVERY?IF I GO IN TO PAY AND ARRANGE A DELIVERY, THEY DONT NEED TO BE ON CALL BUDDY!Also! $250 to deliver in the SAME town after hours? RobberyJEEEZ!Confusing and offers little clarification so you know what's really going on.Also, if you ask more questions than she'd like you to, she's very short with you.

Good service only place in area that had reconditioned 30 lb. tank

Have gone multiple times since I live in town, and they have been closed 10-15 minutes before closing. The staff doesn't really know anything or even where things are. I asked if they had indoor plant fertilize and was told that they didn't know and if I couldn't find it they didn't know either. Not very friendly at all. Also I don't know who takes care of the indoor plants but they are all half dead or almost completely yellow from poor care but they still want full price. I couldn't find a single one that was half decent. If you want good indoor plants go to Elora st flowers. I mean why bother selling plants if they are already half dead at the store. They don't even throw out the ones that are really bad. I didn't even know plants could get that pale or yellow from lack of care.

Very professional company, great propane customer service. Energy Division Manager Al Williamson knows his stuff and is always great to deal with!

Would recommend but when there are issues, it needs to be seen too asap with their propane delivery

Stopped in here on September 21st to find some parts for a friend (local resident of minto). Staff was extremely rude before I even could ask any questions to find what I was looking for.Definitely a great first impression for a first time visitor to this small town. Won't be back again and will warn my family and friends to stay away.

It is about the only place around that I know of that will actually fill up a propane cylinder. Fast friendly Service as well.
