Great experience! I called the main 800 number knowing exactly which product I wanted. I bought a brand new product at slightly below the “open box” price, and picked it up from the warehouse two hours later.There seems to be a Canada-wide shortage on this particular dishwasher, but Canadian Appliance Source had it. And the price was over $500 less than Costco for the exact same model.The salesperson on the phone was efficient and straightforward. The staff at pickup, who kindly loaded the dishwasher into my minivan, were hardworking and friendly.One slight annoyance: the website chat function continuously pops up, and there seems to be no way to close it without another chat popping up seconds afterwards. I recommend fixing this problem with the website.

Sold me a defective dishwasher which was a gift for someone else for Christmas. Will not provide a replacement or return (dishwasher purchased days before), forced to pursue manufacturer warranty for over a month, neither manufacturer nor CAS have even been able to schedule a service appointment let alone fix the dishwasher.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
