Horror Hallways

Just walked out the door of this place. When you arrive they tell you the wait is at least an hour which seems reasonable. We waited an hour and there were still enough groups ahead of us for another 2 hour wait. The staff does not merge groups so if there are 3 groups of 2 in line that will take 45 minutes. Cool idea but overall poor execution and not worth the time investment in my honest opinion.They do not offer refunds but did offer to honour the the tickets for another day. I would recommend trying to count up the groups inside before purchasing your ticket. I unfortunately took the managers time estimate of at least an hour to be a nice estimate and not a bait and switch to get people in the door. Our group of 4 decided to just lose our $60, hopefully they appreciate the donation…

an insane experience that all horror seekers need to experience! you know it’s going to be intense when you have to sign a waiver. our group did wait over two hours, so prepare for a long wait! we showed up at around 10:30pm & were out at around 1:20am. the haunted house was about 15 minutes in length. the entire haunted house is nearly pitch black, filled with tons of ramps, & you’re clinging onto a rope for a majority of the experience. we had members of our group who were sworn at, ran into, grabbed, touched, & clung onto. at the end they separated us which was absolutely horrifying! several different jump scares that were incredibly unexpected! definitely worth the $ & worth the wait! i recommend keeping some water in your car as your throat will be dry after the experience from all the screaming LOL!

Lots of fun! The actors are aggressive in a funny way, had some good laughs and plenty of screams! Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would return.Fair warning: lots of up and down random ramps with no warning, so be vigilant and if you're out of shape you may find yourself out of breath by the end!

Amazing well layout and thought out Horror Hallways Experience.Great dedicated actors thru out the journey to give us a good scare. There were parts that they got us good, but that's the whole point of this experience.We also appreciate that it's indoor so we are warm and not super cold and rain or shine, it doesn't matter, coz we were insideGreat setup, building is modern and organized.Highly recommend this experience. You got to try it out

It was a let down to be honest. I don't necessarily go to haunted houses to be scared, but I do appreciate looking at the scenery, props and makeup on the actors.I got none of that here because it was basically being led by the hand through a PITCH BLACK laser tag arena. Actors try to scare you by jumping out with their flashlights on, and then off just as fast. Each encounter is over in a split second and you barely have any time to even register what just happened, let alone be scared".The queuing experience wasn't that great either. I assume being a laser tag facility they have the system built in to manage queues instead of making people line up for more than an hour. But maybe they leased the facility only

No option to buy online or a notice that event was sold out.. I called before leaving and was not told they are busy or first come first serve, they said last entry is at 10pm, I arrived at 8:45 pm after driving an hour and was turned away.Response to the owner: I understand that but a heads up on the phone would have been nice and could save us a drive, the person on the phone made is sound like I am ok as long as I reach before 10pm which obviously was untrue.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The effects and actors do a fantastic job of giving you a good scare or getting your heart racing. We went in expecting a regular haunted house and encountered something a million times better. The level of production and the quality of EVERYTHING is outstanding. There's a wait when you first get there, but once you enter, you have non-stop fun and fear throughout multiple themes. Every single part is perfect. Highly recommended!!!!

They made the first haunted house experience for my four year old (he begged me to take him) absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make it a awesome experience for him. He cant stop talking about it and he cant wait to come back next year! Thank you so much to the whole team!

Amazing experience, acting was straight out of juliard. My 14 year old was so scared she had to yell the safe word 3 times and the actors were kind enough to guide her out of the haunted house. I continued my quest through the hallway and had a fantastic scare!
