Not sure what I paid for is what I got... The in and out wash, sure the outside of my suv looks good but no vacuum on the inside or in the hatch (which I left clear for them). Got in and could still see dust on my dash? 3 out of 4 floor mats were wet/washed.. and the one that wasn't washed, on that side of the vehicle the door wasn't even wiped. My display screen wasn't touched either. So pretty much have to go wipe down the interior myself and vacuum. $23 + tip later

Best car wash in Niagara, great customer service (owner went above and beyond staying open late for me) and thorough cleaning at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this car detailing / car wash business in Welland. Thank you and will see you soon!

Had my car detailed. Looks fabulous, better then when I bought it. I will be back for a wash.

The detail was great. The fact that when I went to pick it up, my car was being shown to a random woman and she was inside my car… less so.

I brought my car in yesterday for detailing. It was $180 (tax included) for a crossover vehicle. It was definitely cleaned but I don’t consider that detailing. Windows were streaky. Exterior was spotty. Nice job on tires and shampooing. Surface cleaning was blotchy and they missed the console compartment entirely. I had left two messages inquiring about whether the car was ready and nobody returned my call. Very disorganized and cluttered business. I won’t be going back!

They did an ok job. Seems there is newer ownership, customer service was a little lacking. Overall they did a good job however I was disappointed that when doing the dash they missed spots leaving it patchy looking lol part with armor all and parts without. Hallway inside leading to the front has become unkempt. Garbage and papers all over the floor. Overall my visit today was ok. I used to have this place as a 5 star rating but have dropped it to a 4. Still recommend them. If I can suggest one thing, signage for their services and packages needs to be moved so you xan visibly see it as well as update the prices. It cost me almost 40.00 for the platinum package on my car, I usually would bring my suv and it was less than that for the same package.

I took the premium wash.. but I don’t know why they call it premium… from outside is not perfect and inside a lot of things they haven’t touch it!!! If I can rate the premium wash it should be maximum 10 to 15 dollars

They told me my truck would fit through the wash, granted it’s not a big truck, standard half ton truck. Then he offered me a hand wash for $25. Because I was in a pinch I accepted. Worst wash I’ve ever seen, he missed the roof, the back window, both rockers, didn’t even tough me wheels, and a bunch of random other spots. On top of that he was setting his brush bristle down onto the asphalt. I’m under the impression that this was the owner. When I questioned him about it he said he would go over it again, which left literally all the problem sit untouched and he scratched one of my wheels with his pressure washer head. After I said it wasn’t a good wash for the price he lost it on me and told me to get out of there. He accused me of just not wanting to pay and I said all I wanted was a decent wash and that I would pay no problem if they fixed the issues. He cursed me up and down and told me to leave so I did. Won’t ever go back, terrible service.
