The whole team have been very understanding of the nature of our business and needs throughout the install. They were very accommodating and friendly.They explained everything in full and advised of their plans and where they needed to be daily so we could arrange things accordingly. Harrison was lead on the install and he has been a pleasure to have on site. He adapted to how and when he could get into certain areas and even worked late accommodate us. Cannot rate this company high enough. I have had a full CCTV, fire and video door entry system installed at my new business premises. Peter has been wonderful at communicating with me through out the full installation. Craig was amazing and so patient when internet issues hindered the CCTV system set up! The internet provider was getting an earful from me and yet he and Luke were busy with other bits that needed doing and very helpful. The full team Peter, Craig, Luke and Harrison are all so lovely, polite and great at their jobs!! Highly recommend!! Thankyou again everyone.

The office ladies were very helpful and rang to remind me it was time for a service - I would never remember without their help. Craig was as always absolutely brilliant. He put the cameras on my new telephone and patiently explained how to access. He tested the alarms and even dusted the sensors where the spiders had made their webs. It's reassuring having such a pleasant young man to do the service.

Craig did a great job came out due to alarm fault he fixed this and installed new dog friendly sensors. He left no mess and wore covers over his shoes. He even braved getting to the main box at the back of the cellar getting covered in websand dust. Very helpful and friendly would recommend.

Fantastic service. Leanne in the office went to extra effort to find a convenient time for Craig the engineer to visit and it was short notice. Craig who visited was courteous, patient (as we didn’t know the manager code for the alarm) and did the work to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Our CCTV was installed today and I could not be happier. My contacts with the office girls ( Leanne and Natalie) were very courteous and friendly followed very promptly by an on-site survey by Mick who was very professional. There was no hard sell and the quote was excellent compared to equal spec installation quotations we had received. Harrison and Craig performed our installation and were punctual, polite and very tidy. Well deserved 5 stars - WELL DONE! I would highly recommend this company. Thanks to you all!!

We called CVFS after hours to stop our house security alarm from going off non-stop. The manager Leanne answered our call and dealt with us in a prompt, professional way. Engineer Craig arrived in 35 minutes and sorted the problem for us within half an hour.We were very impressed and mightily relieved.Craig also recommended remedial security work that we should look at. No pressure from him at all.We’ll certainly be using CVFS in future. Thank you Leanne and Craig.
