ROTOSPA

We’ve dealt with Rotospa for over 14 years. Any service concerns through the years were assisted with very well. Most recently, I needed to replace the Spa pack and control panel. ( our tub is 14 years old ). With help by phone ( there are no hot tub/spa dealers/repair people in our area or willing to drive to us…we are half way between North Bay and Huntsville ), I replaced the parts myself and all is good. Our tub is running like new.

Fred and his team have been a pleasure to deal with over the years. He took the time to help me out with an issue I had over the phone and had me up and running again in minutes. Roto Spa is truly a great Canadian product and company. I’ve been loving my tub now for a decade!Thanks guys.

We have had our tub for just over six months. Love it! Back in July, we made the decision to purchase a hot tub. At that time, delivery was out almost three months! The incredible folks at Roto Spa set us up with a rental and then transitioned us in to owning the unit. Can’t say enough about the customer service, the product and the many hours spent out on the deck in our tub. Love it!

Owned my Rotospa for over 11 years. Love it. Have moved it from house to house. Wouldn't by anything else. There warranty and service is the best experience I have ever had with any company. Locally made product. They really stand behind there warranty when ever I had an issue they took care of it. No questions asked. Should be a 5 star company with 6 star service.

I currently own 9 Rotospa hot tubs and rent them out. My company is South Coast Hot Tub Rentals. I am very please with the quality and durability of the Rotospa hot tubs. I have been moving them around from customer to customer for the past 3 years and I haven't had a unhappy customer yet!! We purchased our spa in March of 2016. It was a gently used tub that was rented out at Christmas from the warehouse. We love it! Mike and the team are great to work with. We got a tour of the whole factory when purchasing, and it feels great to buy a locally made product. In the past two years we have had a few very minor issues with the tub, all covered under warranty. Each time I call, Mike is attentive and immediately sends someone out the same day to take a look. We are SO happy with this hot tub and the service! We use it all the time and have strongly recommended purchasing a Roto Spa over all other tub options to our friends and family. They are extremely easy to maintain, affordable to run and the perfect size for us. The amazing customer service helps too!

We have had our Rotospa for about four years. As always it works great and draws very little electricity. Any dealings that we have had with the company has been nothing short of stellar. We hope that they come back stronger than ever. We need companies like them in Canada.
