Never go with them. they were supposed to refund me for a change in my insurance history and lower my rate. instead they kept my last two months at my same double rate, and took part of what they were refunding" me to "comp" those last two months.silly move by a company ive been with two years and would have resigned with and even put a second car on the road with. now when my policy is up in two months I will not be renewing and my second car will go with another company.congrats you lost 2000$ a year to save 200$. smart economics travellers."

I had a really good experience with this company. My fence was run over by a driver who fell asleep while driving. I made an insurance claim and they did the appraisal with a remote viewing app on my phone which was super quick and easy.They sent me approximately 1/3 of the value within a couple weeks. They were able to reclaim my $2500 deductible from the drivers insurance which they returned to me. Once my fence got rebuilt they paid out the remainder of my claim.I’ve had rapid service, and a quick claim payout. What more could you ask for from an insurance company?

Their automotive leg decided to cancel my policy because they re-rate each month with little to no notice. Horrible customer service, hard to get an explanation, they cited a claim a year and a half ago as a determining factor. Now have to wait for a refund cheque. Don't go with this company. Ridiculous.

Cancelled my plan for vehicle, there was still 22 days remaining in my policy before the scheduled cancelation which i gave a month previous and they didn't issue the check for 2 weeks afyer cancellation date and only gave me 7 days refund for the month on my policy. Golddiggers and no transparency as to what I would receive back. I've saved nearly $1700 annually by switching, I suggest you look into doing the same.

Travelers has the worse customer service and ability to contact a human being i have ever had to deal with. After making efforts for a month, I still never received a reply. If you try to call them, you will be faced with the Worse call service and options i have ever had to deal with. Terrible and frustrating.

Where do I start. I got insurance with this company and they never took the money out of my account until 4 months after the policy started. Over $1k in charges. Rude customer service. Not willing to work with you at all!Edit: a month goes by after they cancelled my insurance “for non-payment” and they charged me another $900. This company will steal money from you! Please stay away.

This is one of the worst insurance i have ever dealt with. I had business insurance with them. I had no claims in the past 3 years , yet they increased my premium 20% in first year and 38% more this year. A rip off. Dont use them and stay completely away. I got a better deal with another insurance company for 50% off

I honestly can't express how bad I feel about this company! I have never experienced such bad treatment as a client in my entire 7 years in Canada. This company looks bad on the entire country because of how rude, unprofessional, and remiss some of its employees are. I tired to contact them in so many ways: phone calls, emails, voicemails and haven't got a response in a while and still waiting!If you are going to pay for insurance, do it in any company except this one!

Just the photos cost a fortune but the experience dolphin is a must for anyone ... they seem to be happy
