Worst customer service I have ever received. Flew out kamloops on Sunday August 26, the 4 women working at the counter were extremely arrogant especially rosemary. Will NEVER fly air Canada again. Westjet does not treat there customers that way and that’s where I will be taking my business.

There's an employee there named Yumi, who is a condescending brat. She acts like a smart ass but doesn't know anything about Air Canada's processes and procedures.My girlfriend came to visit me in Kamloops and her baggage was delayed. We spoke to the baggage delivery serves over the phone who indicated that the baggage was on a specific flight that was due in Kamloops at 8:30 on Sunday February 18, 2018. It turns out that the employee was incorrect but he gave us an assurance that it would be there and that we would be able to pick it up.Anyways, long story short, when we went to inquire about whether the baggage had arrived at the said time, we had to deal with this incompetent fool of an employee named Yumi. She knew nothing and was rude in the process of telling us that she didn't know anything. You work in customer service as a rep for one of Canada's biggest airlines. At least demonstrate the capacity to understand what it takes to do your job correctly. It's people like her who are guaranteed to have no future in this world as their head is stuck so high up in their own ass.I'm not a push over though and I let her know that her attitude was unacceptable. However, when my girlfriend left on February 24, 2018, Yumi used her personal vendetta against her and I to ensure that my girlfriend did not catch her 6 am flight.Yumi is a pathetic display of a human being and I hope she is fired. And if I see her again when I fly back to Toronto in April/May 2018, I'll make sure I let her know exactly what I think about her. In any case, my girlfriend will be lodging a complaint against Yumi.
