Excellent prices for electric bikes! We did the whole Stanley Island loop in 1hour (going fast). Definitely worth the price. Bikes were in great shape and the electric aspect was really neat. Includes helmet in rental fee. Staff very friendly.

Used this place in 2019 and had an excellent 5* experience so decided to use it again. This time unfortunately a pretty poor one. Unprofessional welcome and seem very rushed. Bikes weren’t very maintained, a couple with extremely squeaky brakes. One of the electrics bikes had no power and when we asked for a discount they said ‘we don’t really do discounts’. Eventually got some money off but very little. Hopefully they sort things out so that they’re back to their previous standards, but I’ll most likely try a different bike rental next time we visit.

We rented comfort bikes and had such an excellent time that we came back the next day and rented scooters. The staff was friendly and nice. Well worth the money spent.

Shop is at the best location, next to Subway at Place Canada. Service was good and prices are very reasonable. We rented 2 bikes and went through the whole stanly park. Highly recommended!

Rented some e scooters. The scooters were good, but the girl who worked there seemed very unhappy to be working. Told us to download an app for the scooters to help lock and unlock them while using or not using. The app has been running for four hours after I rented even though I stopped allowing location services, stopped allowing Bluetooth, and closed the app. Tried calling them and they said it always works for them so it should have worked for me. So no help. If my credit card all of a sudden gets charged I will be pretty upset. It’s nice that you can rent for one hour and then by the minute afterwards

Hi, I have rented a bike and it's definitely with it. Driving around saves so much time. Staff is very friendly the bike I had was ok. By the way these bikes are electrical bikes and it makes fun driving them. The price is ok. In the faq picture lots of other questions are answered.

Staff at the counter was extremely young.. 15 maybe? She was very kind. A couple people came in after us and she quickly got overwhelmed. She was all alone. Other than that bad experience. No helmets fit me, they said to download an app that didn't work so we couldn't use scooters like we wanted to, so we had to get bikes which were uncomfortable. Definitely won't be back. Avoid this place if you need bike or scooter rentals.
