The Beer Store

The staff is friendly. Selection is medium.Some of the sale beers I come in for are not in stock. It helps that the stock kiosks are there when you walk in so you can look up if they're in stock or not. It's a monopoly biz. It would be great if it was bigger, not much to complain about as it is.

Attitude of some of the staff needs HUGE" improvement. Also

Good store with nice workers ready to help. Some of them are not aware of the beer on sale so you might pay more than you should. make sure to tell them to apply the discount, For example 2x12 might be cheaper than 1x24 and if you don't tell them, you pay more!

Staffs are very nice and friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry.

We arrived at the store at 856pm to return/purchase and was greeted with distasteful attitude by a female staff. She said to my husband Next time have some common courtesy to not come minutes before the store closes" My husband actually apologized for the inconvenience in response and she still continued to criticize him stating "you couldn't find a better time to do this" and continued her complaint. In addition the manager was present during the conversation and said and did nothing. We do not need to explain as to why we ended up there at that time but the FACT remains we're in the store before their posted closing time and we are a CUSTOMER! I used to work in retail/customer service and I know the work to closing a store and the feeling of customers who walk in minutes before closing but NEVER would we or have the audacity in front of a manager to verbally offend a CUSTOMER and make them feel uncomfortable because the customer may hinder or cause inconvenience to the staff near store closing. Needless to say he walked out EMPTY HANDED at exactly 9pm. I'm absolutely appalled by this 4 minute experience and hope staff receive sufficient training from their head office (where I'll be headed next) on how to courteously and competently treat their customers adequately during their business open hours. SMH **UPDATE** Store manager called me to apologize for the incident and assured me that the staff behaviors will be rectified**"

Have become a bit nasty since covid 19. I saw one of the young staff tear a strip off a senior who did not quiet understand the difference between credit/debit and tap. Staff clearly give the impression they don't like the current working environment....I understand but need to show some patience

Unprofessional and rude. Lots of seniors and youth in the area but come on, be patient, they need to stop assuming they'll never be fired for their aggression or attitude! Great people with golden personalities would be MORE THAN HAPPY to REPLACE their job and actually appreciate! Will be calling head office.

Friday beginning of a long weekend. Low and behold one guy working cash at returns. Line up almost out the door. The kicker I get to the cash there's a petition sheet on to sign to support you're local beer stores... Hahaha I laughed all the way out.You cry about you're job but you make people wait longer then should be expected for a beer run. I support beer sold in grocery stores at least I have more then 1 cashier to choose from.

The Asian guy today was so rude and very slow. And Confrontational. He should be fired immediately. Not fit for the job. I been going to this location for 20 years and I never seen such poor customer service. He confronted me when a customer budded infront me, instead of confronting the said customer.

If I can give 0 star I would,I dobt think these ppl understand costumer service or the fact that there in costumer service .they over charge they lie to costumers I asked for a Arizona drink and was lied (asian guy)to about having in stock ..when fridge was full of them I have had them charge me 130 for a bill which I have never spend in a beer store? In my life
