Saskatoon North Hyundai

One of the worst and lier location in all over the country I have ever had. These is a such a lier car dealership I have ever seen. Not even single person from service department including managers deserve to be there.The main reason why I am writing this review is regarding my paint protection on my brand new vehicle which I just bought on April 2022. There is a paint lifted from my car and I was trying to claim that from last 7-8 months but everytime when I called they will put me on a hold and at the end their response is, ‘we will call you again’ and never getting call back.When I first claim my protection the service person says it will just take a month and I am sending the quotation to get approval. I have waited for a month and when I called back again there was another service rep whom I talk with and they were saying we don’t see any of your claim on our file. Then I have to mention everything again and again to every single person because they even don’t know the department or person who is dealing with these kind of complains.They want their customer to wait longer. They even don’t care about our time and money because they know we got vehicle from them and we are not going away.They are calling us and pretend as a service manager, when we arrived the location for their help there is not even single person with the name they mention over the phone. And they told me; “if you can delete your review then we will serve you.”Whoever is reading my review please consider this location as a worst dealership to deal with in Saskatoon. There is not even single person who knows what are the rights of customers, they just want their sales and that’s it.If owner reading my review please teach your rude and not experienced staff ( who pretend to be there from last 3-7 years, including your service manager) how to deal with the customers. Even you have worst managers in your departments as well who just called us and say wrong name and wrong availability so they don’t have to deal with the customer face to face.Every single person whoever reading my review please prefer go to the another dealership rather then this because these guys will never take care of yours whenever you have issues with your vehicle.There are photos attached that everyone can see.These location even don’t deserve a single star.

As a first time buyer of a new vehicle, I was nervous to make a large purchase.Dylan was amazing in helping me find alternatives to what I came in looking for and took the time to ensure that I was comfortable with all the details.I drove away in my beautiful new Kona, and I already love it!Thanks to all the staff at Saskatoon North Hyundai for your assistance and patience with all my questions and concerns.

I work out of town and my commuter vehicle suddenly died on me and I desperately needed to get a new one while on a very limited budget. Shane was super awesome in helping me select a new vehicle within my budget that perfectly suited my needs as well as made sure I was able to get everywhere I needed to register/plate the car.The dealership was so willing to work with what I could afford for a down payment and biweekly payments (and everyone was super friendly and cheered me on for a job interview I had that afternoon and really helped hype me up for it!)The entire experience made an extremely stressful situation a lot easier to handle and I just really appreciate the effort everyone put in to help me out <310/10 would recommend looking for a vehicle here :)

I was helped by Shane Cabilao to buy a car. He was extremely kind and helpful and even showed up on his day off to help finalize the purchase and plate the car! The entire staff that helped me, including Ashish and Mimi and even the girl at the front desk were very kind, patient and helpful and they all made me feel calm and confident in my purchase! This was my first car I’ve bought in my name and I was honestly pretty nervous because I’ve heard dealerships and car salesmen can be deceitful and difficult, but I’m very very glad I went to Hyundai for my new car. I always felt like I was being given the best deal as well as open and honest service. Overall, I’ve always known the lovely people at Saskatoon north Hyundai to be the best to buy, trade, and service vehicles :)

These guys are great. Low pressure, answered all our questions and accommodated us wanting to come in earlier than our booked appointment as we were coming from out of town. Shane Cabilao was our salesman and was great. He was patient and went over everything with us. We've even discussed doing some of our service at this dealership as it's so well setup. If you're looking for a car definitely give these guys a chance.
