Make sure you are tracking time with them as they charged me for 45 mins where as they stayed at my place for 5 mins only and reason they gave me that they count time from their place to my place and back too.ok thats still ok but from my place to their place it takes between 4-5 mins only.i guess they consider buying their tim hortons coffee too while coming to your place. Paid them 154 for their 5 mins visit to my place.

My grandparents live in a village outside of North Battleford and used this company when their furnace went out and they’ve been slow to get the parts they needed with a million excuses and courier’s forgetting to put the parts they needed on the delivery trucks, etc. The furnace has been out almost two weeks and they’re staying warm but a bunch of space heaters. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We’ll never use this company again.

The guys Jr and Dustin did an excellent and thorough job detecting the problems with sewer line in our basement and also unknown cracked water pipe as well! They were alert and hard working and I’m thankful for their service. I’m glad I chose River City Plumbing !!

I have ended up with an $8000 wall decoration. Get minuscule heat from the gas fireplace - almost all heat goes up chimney and melts snow on roof. As far as I can figure out, no damper was installed in existing chimney, biput not sure. River City not helpful in resolving. Huge waste of money.

We tried multiple times to get a quote for the work we needed done on our home and were told each time that they would call us back - but never did. The unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism made us look elsewhere.I can’t speak to the quality of work they do - when they actually get back to prospective customers.
