We met Jeff from Berta Contracting a few years ago when he replaced both the furnace and AC in our daughter's home. Last year, when my son's older AC failed, we called Jeff. He replaced the unit with newer quieter and more efficient unit at a very competitive price.About a year before we met Jeff, we explored the idea of replacing our 20+ year old mid efficiency furnace and installing AC. We contacted another well-known, reputable local company that we had used in the past. The quote was too high to justify the job.This year, we had Jeff stop by to explore options. The quote was significantly lower than the other one years earlier.About ten days later, the crew was replacing our furnace and installing our new AC. All three of our kids have AC, and they teased us about finally giving in.The crew was polite, efficient, and professional. They confirmed options or plans as they proceeded. They said several times, that they just wanted to do it right and make sure we were happy.A few days later, we had a slight malfunction and called Jeff. He determined there was a problem with our new thermostat. He immediately replaced it with a new, more advanced smart WiFi thermostat at no additional cost. He also did a walk through of the installation with us to ensure it was done to our satisfaction. It was neat and clean with no interference with the rest of the house except for the suspended ceiling, which I removed and replaced.We couldn't be happier and expect to get Jeff to our other daughter's home, to quote a bigger job with two units for her house and two for an outbuilding.Thank you, Jeff and crew.

Jeff and his team with Berta contracting were amazing. I called before purchasing my house and wanted to get an ac installed. Jeff got me the highest quality ac unit that was better than the competition and was a way better deal. He helped with getting it installed and ready during the winter and came back before the hot weather to ensure it was ready to roll. Upgraded my thermostat and gave me controls from my phone so I can have my house nice and cold before I get home. Would highly recommend over any other company.
