I own a 1970 Classic Muscle Car with a 4 speed transmission that wasn't working properly. A friend who use to be in the transmission repair business recommended Tri City to me as he knew Ritch and told me how good and fair he would be to get my transmission working the way it should. Late last year I took my car into Tri City and they took care of the issues I had and the transmission worked like new. Shortly after that I discovered a fluid leak and took it back to have them look to see what the problem was. Because I wanted to put the car into storage for winter, and because they had to order a front seal for it, they didn't have time to do the repair at that time. Ritch told me to bring it back as soon as I wanted in the Spring. Took it in this week, they replaced the front seal and Ritch told me there would be no charge as they should have taken care of it last year when they worked on it. Customer Service.....WOW!! I won't hesitate to take my car back to Ritch if I ever have another problem with my transmission. I highly recommend Tri City. Thank you again Ritch.

I took my car here and they looked at it and didn't charge me. Even though we didn't identify the issue these guys didn't charge me for the time they spent with my car. Most places would've or would've told me I needed to replace something in order to take my money. There's not many places like this left out there these days so I recommend them as trust worthy.

1st carhad an oil change and the cap was left offalmost ruining the engine. Second car had abs, esp, traction control work, car was sent home not fixed, all all indicator lights were still on. Had a electrical fire 2 weeks later, repair work was sub par extinguisher powder was not cleaned out, burnt wire casings still on. Had a brake job a little while later they broke a wire.(same problem as before the fire) and couldn't diagnose the problem. My fault for being loyal.PTH automotive found and fixed the problem quick and cheap, haven't had any problems since.

Hands down the best service I have ever had from a shop. My 2016 f150 had transmission issues and Rich went above and beyond to diagnose and repair it. I cannot say enough about how professional and honest he runs his buisness. Iam a life time customer for transmission and propane needs from this day on.
