Carlos For The Job

When you take pride in what you do, you go above and beyond. Carlos replaced the builder grade tiles and hardwood throughout our main floor with large porcelain tiles and new oak floors. What a transformation!He did the demolition, replaced the baseboards, door jams and trim and cleaned up the job site every day so we could live as normally as possible during the renovation. He would always come up with a solution when faced with a challenge such as the transition from tile to hardwood and wouldn't give up until he got it just right.It was a pleasure working with Carlos. I found him to be trustworthy, very responsive returning calls, showing up when he says he would and always on time.

We worked with Carlos on our bathroom renovation, we engaged him to do the tile in the bathroom. It was an amazing experience and at the end we had wished that we hired him to do the whole thing. He has an amazing attention to detail, asked a lot of questions and consulted us throughout to make sure that everything was being laid as we wanted it to be. We also couldn’t believe how clean everything was at the end of the day, he would wipe down the floors in our hallway at the end of each day, which was above and beyond. We would work with Carlos again in the future and recommend him to anyone.

Carlos did a fantastic job on my bathroom and kitchen renovations. His tiling work was precise with little waste.In addition, Carlos was extremely professional. He kept the debris to a minimum and cleaned every day which was much appreciated in my small space.I highly recommend Carlos as a contractor.

Great experience dealing with carlos from the beginning. He delivered as promised with his time frame from start to finish. Pays attention to deal. Always kept us informed with next plan of approach. I highly recommend carlos. He only does 1 bathroom at a time so you get his attention whole time through and doesn't jump from job to job. Always shows up on time. Very clean worker doesn't leave a mess all over. Carlos is a true gentleman and great gc to deal with. If you don't want headaches or tired of getting the run around from other contractors he's your man. He's finishing is very clean and takes pride in his work. Carlos was absolutely amazing to work! He is professional, trustworthy, and meticulous with his work. He did a beautiful job with our kitchen backsplash and changed all our vents (both tile and hardwood) to Aria vents. He was so patient when I was indecisive about what colour vents to go with and also really took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Our only regret is that we didn't meet him sooner so he could have saved us headache from working with other contractors. We will definitely reach out to him again with any future home renos and will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

I love Carlo's work. He is a true artist at his trade. I got my washroom done by his team and I have truly been blessed. Every time I walk into my washroom I get excited. Using my toilet has never been more peaceful and enjoyable. He really elevated my washroom. I highly recommend.

No contractor cares as deeply as Carlos cares. His work is fantastic and his prices are great. He tells it like it is and is great at checking in as he builds to make sure you get the product you want. This bathroom was small and quirky. His dad came in to fix a difficult plumbing issue where we had roots growing through our pipes and they were so clean. Ram board, nightly vaccumes, tarping off the room, etc. Bonus, he was great with our toddler and making sure he broke for lunch when he napped and not coming before he woke up. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and the beyond the work- which was great- he was a fantastic communicator. He thought ahead and made suggestions that are going to help us in the future like switching the side that our shower head was on so we won’t have to tear our half the bathroom if we ever want changes in the future because now we can access everything from our crawl space. He also was great with troubleshooting tricky products. I already had the tile and he took extra time to mark out a pattern the way I wanted and helped me choose a threshold that would work for the tile and my existing flooring. Can’t say enough good things and love the finished product. Also put some befores in só you can appreciate how bad it was. Plus! Carlos fala português.

Carlos is a true professional. He has worked on a few projects in my home and everything is done with great attention to detail. His work is absolutely perfect, I couldn’t be happier!!He is reliable, honest, respectful and such a pleasure to deal with.I will only ever hire Carlos for the Job and recommend him to all my family and friends. I was very impressed by Carlos professionalism, honesty, genuineness and work ethic (perfectionist & meticulous, clean) as I had consulted with him on a bathroom reno. I had a few other smaller jobs around my home that I requested and Carlos proceeded to do them with the same work ethic as the bigger renos. Given I was pregnant and in my 3rd trimester, he was both very responsive, reliable in arriving and getting the work done in a timely way. My nursery was painted, new frameless bathroom glass enclosure installed, tiles were re-grouted & re- siliconed and a bathroom door replaced amongst other tasks completed. I would definitely use Carlos services again for any future renovations I may have and highly recommend him.
