Well that was very bad experience. I have always used to get my mango juice from freshly squeezed becaues it's always real juice. This time the guy gave me only water mixed with syrup and i asked him that this not a real concentrated as i reqursted and used to get. he even did not care and was smiling as if it was a joke. I know its not worth it for 6 dollars all that complain! But to be honest they make me left feeling very bad and that worth the complain..Even i through the juice away after :)Thanks for giving us a great service!!!!If i can give less than 0 crustomer service. It is terrible.

This location is no longer incorporated with Presotea. I recently got the mango smoothie with tapioca (essentially mango juice Blended with ice) and it was pretty tasty! The staff seemed new but he was extremely nice and patient.

I got a brown sugar milk tea and they put so much ice that the taste was lost.Not the best bubble tea, save your buck

Mango slush is excellent! And it is really a good deal to go with your friend, it will be the discount for two drinks.

So surprised to see Presotea here. It’s basically Freshly Squeezed and they’re doing an interesting collab together or something like that. Right now there’s a deal for two regular for $9 (pudding milk tea, passion fruit tea, orb milky coconut)

My smoothie I got was strawberry banana (which was strawberry juice and a real banana.....was more like a watery banana taste ...And my friend got chocolate banana it was syrup and a banana however tasted like watery banana as well... maybe too much ice?? Or not enough of actual fruit flavorings????? The service was okay though he was nice

Costy but taste was really worse. One of worse boba tea in Ottawa. The drink could not consider as milk tea. It was sweet milk water.
