We were debating if we should have our roof done. My husband was thinking of doing it himself. This company was referred to us by a family member. I called for an estimate and a few days later Nathaniel was inspecting our roof.It didn't take long him to send us an estimate with product links so that we can choose the type and color of shingles we wanted. He also included addresses in our area that we can drive by to have a visual on what the color would look like and inspect the quality of their work.I had a brand new roof two weeks after signing the contract. Contacted Neree Lavictoire Roofing through FB on a Saturday evening never expecting a response until Monday, but I received a response within an hour. I was told someone would stop by on Monday to assess our roof. Sure enough, Monday morning a serviceman came, checked out the roof and within a few hours was back with the correct shingles and repaired our roof. What a relief to have this damage repaired before the winter. I would highly recommend Neree Lavictoire Roofing if you want quick and professional service.

My roof looks fantastic and, with the addition of all new hardware, flashing and aluminum drip-edge, I know it will look great and last for many years. I've used NLR three times in the last year and can highly recommend their excellent service and quality. We had problems with roof shingles blowing off our old roof and both times we called NLR they were able to schedule the repairs almost immediately. The quality of their work was great, but our old roof tiles (that weren't replaced by NLR) kept blowing off. We worked with Dan to plan a new roof that could withstand the wind, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He provided an attractive option within our budget and we booked the first slot of the season. The new roof has just been installed and the on-site crew was outstanding! They were able to remove the old roof and install the new one in under 2 days. I'm delighted with the finished product and the professional service provided along the way. I can highly recommend NLR for both roof replacement and repairs.

We had our shingles replaced two years ago. Very professional and work was well done. There were a few minor repairs that were taken care of immediately. Now, two years later, we had some wind damage. We called at 2 this afternoon, they were here two hours later and the man inspected and found a couple more spots not needed nailing and did that as well. Very impressed!

Finally a company that really does it right. It was my pleasure to have the guys from Neree Lavictoire Roofing work on replacing the roofing on my house. They were very detail oriented and fast. They made sure to tell me about any problem areas they found and in many cases went ahead and fixed them without question. At the end of the job the cleanup was as good as it gets. Neree Lavictoire Roofing is a top notch roofing company and am recommending them to anyone needing a new roof. They were right on time, very efficient, very quick - whole thing done in one day! When I came home from work they were already gone and you couldn't tell anyone had been there. There was no trash left, and the flowers around the house were all intact. This is a true professional group! My husband and I are very happy with their work and the results.

These folks rock! From the first contact to get an estimate through to finishing the job their customer centric focus is notable. We greatly appreciated that a complete on-site roof inspection was done to provide an estimate in person; while others rely on satellite images or just a drive by. The sales representative also took the extra time and travel when he noticed a potential colour match concern with our new roof. The install team was simply amazing! On time, efficient, personable, and attention to the smallest detail: quite simply they should be the envy of every other company out there! When you care about your customer as much as this company does and prove it every step of the way it pays dividends: we will never use another company and they have our highest possible recommendation.

Asphalt shingles installation on our garage extension Aug 2020, was done well and quickly without a problem. But, the metal roof installed on our dinning room addition was poorly done. A nail was left protruding under one metal sheet creating a bump up, ridge cap wasn't installed straight on the peak, 2 dents and some surface scratches were made when installing the snow gems, since the installer walked on the roof instead of using a ladder.These issues were brought up and a portion of the labour cost was discounted along with the ridge vent realigned. Overall I would recommend them for asphalt shingles installation but not for metal roofing.
