EXTREMELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CRAZY, UNREASONABLE POLICIES - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I wish i could give negative stars. Why would you have 2 people working together who both have no idea how your system works??? Schedule in someone who knows what’s happening!? My car’s being stored here while I wait for my insurance. I already paid my tow fee, provided proof that I owned the car, and given them all my license registration information. I had a mechanic come by 2 days previous and give me an estimate. I am paying daily for the car to be stored. Went by to ask to take pictures for my insurance. Man helping me initially was unpleasant and accusatory. He said I hadn’t paid and he couldn’t help me. I explained my situation, and was told by both him and the other girl working there that they couldn’t let me take pictures. They didn’t know the protocol about this i guess, and said they couldn’t help me and to come back when someone else is working. I asked one of them to take pictures (I needed 4 pictures of the outside of my car) and they refused, citing that they “don’t know how this works”. What if I had something important in my car? Absolutely crazy that this is how this system works. Train your staff or try your hardest to have someone there who knows what’s going on at all times???

I’m sure this company won’t be around in a few years. Sketchiest place I’ve ever been to. Can’t believe they are still in business. Absolute joke. Customer service is just brutal. They towed my vehicle and wouldn’t give it back to me when I showed up as there was no person available. Place looks like a junkyard. They have no pride. Absolute night mare of a company. I hope you never have to deal with these people.The girl at the front desk was nice though. I feel bad for her needing to work at a real trashy scammy place like this. They’ll be shut down by law in a few years I’m sure.

Well organized and good people just trying to do a good job.I had my vehicle towed after it unfortunately caught fire a few years back and I was met with respect when I came to salvage what I could from my charred camo bronco2 ( rest in parts to my truck :( ) yes I had to pay for the tow because my insurance didnt cover it,either way it was my vehicle my responsibility.Some people need to remember it's not the companies fault why their vehicle is there , so be nice they are doing their job and they do it very well.

Based off the reviews I was not looking forward to calling. I had a lovely experience on the phone with bob who took his time explaining things to me and was patient when I called back with more questions

Would be -10 stars if possible. Terrible attitude and not professional at all. My car was moved by them at the city’s request and no signs were there at the time to suggest I couldn’t park there. My ebrake was on and now the car is making screeching noses and the brake pad is damaged. The city should use a tow company that is professional and doesn’t treat people and their vehicles with such disrespect.

DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!I have come across one of the most rude and ill-mannered individuals I have ever encountered in my life. This person's behavior and attitude are extremely discourteous, insensitive, and devoid of any empathy or consideration for others.He is so utterly lacking in basic social skills and common courtesy.

They have the unmitigated gall to steal other peoples possessions and charge them overwhelming costs that cost said individuals their things. Plus they refuse to allow said people to remove their personal effects from a totalled vehicle without paying amounts that would force a person to starve. They are a poorly run company that needs to be shut down.Please avoid using this company for any reason.. theyre just thieves.

the WORST towing company ever. Kyla was so rude, when I called her to let her know that I would pay the fee before she towed my car, she drove ignoring my talking which I believe was intentionally done to charge me extra. What kind of person does that? This is extremely unprofessional behaviour. I tried to file a complaint with the police but they did not respond as this was a “civil” matter. I understand they have the right to do their business however they are abusing their right and acting unethical. I feel like my rights were violated and I am very upset about it. Would give - zero stars.

Why does ICBC use All Ways Towing?They are non communicative. They do not care about their customers. They let anyone come and take your car without notification. When asking questions they just hang up on you. No wonder they have such poor reviews. I advise against using this company. Very entitled and consider they can do whatever with property that is not theirs. I will letting my ICBC adjuster of our poor treatment.
