Jackie is top-notch! She has cared for my two cats in Grosse Pointe numerous times while I've been out of town and she always does a fantastic job. She goes above and beyond to send you text updates, videos, and pictures of your pets while you're away. In addition to providing truly loving pet care, Jackie will grab your mail, take out trash, watch for packages, water plants, whatever you need her to do to help out while you're gone. Her exceedingly high level of service shows she really cares about her clients.

Can't say enough good things about Jackie's Pet & Pal Services! She is amazing and truly cares about all animals! We have used Pet Hotel and Vet Boarding services in the past only to suffer an huge adjustment period when returning home.This is not the case with Jackie. She comes to your home so your animals stay in their comfortable environment. Jackie even sets up a pet introduction meeting prior to your trip to ensure that your pet is comfortable.We just left our diabetic cat with Jackie and not only was she able to administer insulin twice a day. She sent daily text messages with pictures of our cat . Then we returned home late, Jackie had our mail organized and waiting for us along with daily log of cat activities, the porch light on and she had adjusted the thermostat to account for our MI temperature change from 50 to 80 degrees.

Over the last 5 years Jackie has taken care of my senior cat and home at least a dozen times. She is a blessing when planning a trip to care for your pets! Jackie is everything you want in a house/pet sitter - professional, prompt, excellent communication, detail oriented and organized. I feel confident that my home and pets are well taken care of when out of town, she is the best! Highly recommended - give her a call.

Jackie is AMAZING! I am so grateful to have found her. She was recommended to me by family when we moved to the area and needed someone to watch our kitty while we were on vacation. She is hands down, the BEST pet sitter we have ever used and we will never use anyone else. You can tell she is a true animal lover, she takes care of our kitty like he was her own and her rates are unbeatable. She keeps him so happy and sends you pictures and updates. We trust her completely and our kitty is already looking forward to his next visit from Aunt Jackie.

Jackie with Pet & Pal Services is amazing. Not only did she provide TLC to our dog Lucky while we were on an extended vacation, she also cared for my wife’s plants and made the home feel as if someone was there daily by bringing in the mail and walking our dog around the neighborhood. This was our first time to use Jackie and we felt most comfortable with her professionalism and attention to our needs. Jackie kept in touch with us on the status of Lucky and sent pictures, which was a nice touch. Jackie is trustworthy and I was very comfortable having her in my home. Jackie is meticulous, detailed, honest, and offers affordable pet sitting services. We definitely will use Jackie and her services again. Definitely recommended!

Jackie cared for my two cats for a week. She visited twice a day to; feed, play, brush and clean the liter box. Aside from providing exceptional service the best part is, is that Jackie is caring and takes a real interest in them, as if she is caring for her own pets. She also communicated with me regularly via text with updates, photos and videos. I highly recommend Jackie, is a real professional and her clients matter to her as it shows in her service!
