L'Appartement Hôtel

We had a 2 bedroom unit on the 9th floor for a week. Felt like home from home. Great continental breakfast was included. Friendly staff.

Like this place. But for the first time, the orange juice was so watery. It's weird for the person who takes care of breakfast is amazingly careful to detail. Stuff us very friendly. It was too hot in the room. And I don't like bedding. Ok, next time I'll take it with me.

Had a great 5 day stay at L’Appartement. They let my adult child check in when we were late arriving, which was so helpful. The daily housekeeping was excellent- non-intrusive as we were sleeping late due to jet lag, everything perfectly supplied and clean, they even brought a rollaway bed once they noticed we were using the sofa bed as well as the main bed. The suite was spacious with a city kitchen, table for 4, separated bedroom, and balcony. Bed was comfy, sheets were cotton. AC worked great. Pool was a bit cloudy but the younger kid loved it; we loved the adjoining deck complete with herb garden! Convenient location. Decent included breakfast, though we missed it the first couple of days since it closes at 9:30 on weekdays. The banana bread tasted homemade. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was very outdated. Curtains are sheer and sun glares into bedroom window very early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep past 7 am. Water was turned off from 8 am to noon during our stay. This was not advertised before booking was made and was only posted on the counter of the reception. Could not flush toilet, brush teeth, wash hands or anything. No compensation was given to clients either (price reduction or discount on next stay.) Also, made service entered room without knocking while we were still inside around 10 am (check out at noon). What if someone had been undressed? So unprofessional. Overall, horrible stay!

Stayed there 5 days with the kids with 1 big size room with 2 queen beds. It's big enough for all of us to sleep and eat there and a table for work(laptop). The kitchen is decent with a electric stove, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, sink, kettle (dirty), microwave and oven for you to us. All the utensils were stocked nicely for everyday dining. Only thing the kitchen is too small to prep anything. Bed was kinda old and uneven. Parking is not always behind the hotel. They send us across to Target park (not cheap either) which has 1.3 stars on google. I was ok with it until the last day, that garage door broke and can't get out from that entrance. Overall it's not a bad place to stay for a few days in town.

Stayed one night. Nothing to complain about. Older hotel but otherwise our room was as expected. Very clean and comfortable. Small kitchen that has everything you need. All went well with checking in and out. We used the small underground parking; don’t expect to get in if you have a large vehicle or truck. Would stay again.

We stayed for a day at the hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in Downtown Montreal and we had to walk only about 20-25 minutes to get to some of the tourist destinations in the City.We really liked the room and the amenities. We had a kitchen with all the utensils, microwave, a big study table, etc. There was even a nice balcony with amazing views of the City. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also pretty good, especially the cakes.Overall, a great experience and great value for the price we paid!

We are frugal travellers, and this hotel met our needs perfectly! Great room rate, full kitchen, European style breakfast, indoor pool, bus stops and Metro within a short walk. About 2 blocks away is a Provigo grocery store. We bought our groceries, packed a lunch every day, and cooked dinner in the room. The nearby Metro and buses took us to all the neighborhoods we wanted to explore. The hotels staff are bilingual and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.The only recommendation for the hotel is to add hand sanitizers to breakfast room. There are 4 in the lobby, so maybe one could be moved to the breakfast room? That would be great.

We stayed in 2 bedroom suite. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh with many cold protein options to choose from as well as cereals and assortment of breads. Walking distance to everything including Metro station.

This hotel is right in downtown Montreal, making the location ideal for folks who don't want to drive and be stuck in Montreal traffic. There's a metro station within 5 minutes walk. Room was a bit dated, but was clean and service was good. Not sure if I'd recommend the underground parking as spots are really tight and there's a parking space right across. Breakfast is alright, but could be better with few hot item options. The indoor heated pool and the patio were great though. Overall I'd stay here again for the right price.
