Blushing Bride Crystal Beach

I had been to the shop back in March to find a bridesmaid dress.. once we found the one the bride was happy with .Teresa said the dress we tried on was a 8 and id need the next size up..so I thought maybe a 10.. I get the invoice saying she ordered me a size 16. I immediately emailed her saying I dont think thats correct as she said I was a 10 at the shop. She proceeded to tell me that if that is what she told us at the shop it was not accurate and my measurements were saying something different . I had mentioned at my appointment I was planning on losing weight before the wedding and would rather size down then size up. A short time after when it was time to order the dress I still thought a 16 was going to be way too big so we agreed to order a 14 and 16. Once I contacted her to tell her I'd need the dress altered before the wedding because I lost some weight she told me the dress could only be taken down 2 sizes. Unfortunately that still would not fit.. thank God my friend had to cancel her wedding as the dresses came in less then 2 weeks before the original wedding date and there would not have been enough time to get everything altered even if the dress did fit. Sadly i would not recommend this shop to anyone. The bridal party all agreed the communication just wasn't there at all in the shop and over email, we also all felt as if she was too busy or scattered to actually give us the correct information on the dresses we picked out. The dresses themselves are beautiful and the prices are great but everything else that goes with that dress experience just was not acceptable or professional. So now with the wedding happening this year I have to go find another bridesmaid dress and 2 flower girl dresses . I also am out the deposit I paid last March.

Wonderful bridal experience. She made my daughter (the bride) feel very special and worked to fulfill all of her goals for finding a gown. Would recommend blushing bride to everyone. So much better than the bigger stores. We have been to them all. The bride got the 1 on 1 attention she deserves while finding a dress. Owner was very knowledgeable and professional, all while the wedding party was having fun.

Teresa is amazing at what she does, pre selects gowns for you, knew my style better than I knew myself, and was so in tune with my emotions and feelings through each step! 'Interesting' Teresa, it took you 36 minutes to respond to this review & you went on to attack me. In your rebuttal, you looked up a previous review of mine and berated me for not supporting small businesses, how shallow of you. Honestly, based on your previous Google reviews, if the review is not good review (4 or 5) you go on the defensive. Not good business skills!Went to this little dress shop in Chrystal Beach Blushing Bride" to look for a wedding dress. The boutique was cute and very pink & girly on the inside

This was my 7th bridal store and I’m so glad I decided to come here! Teresa was super patient with me during our initial conversations trying to book an appointment and took the time to ask for inspo photos and budget. I brought 5 people and the experience there was incredible - the place is beautiful, she offered me Perrier during a stressful moment and she even worked with my budget for the dress I fell in love with. This was by far the best experience I’ve had trying on dresses and I’ve been to 6 other stores in London. She even took pictures of our party and made the “say yes to the dress” moment super special. The parting bottle of rose champagne and beautiful/yummy cookies was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you so much Teresa!
