This development looks like it has very good amenities and is in a perfect location. It's in the heart of Burlington.Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Good access to public transit and Lakeshore. In addition, I believe that the growth in the area will make this a great investment.

This builder is absolutely terriable at what they do. I would not recommend buying a new home from them. Poor quality, poor trades. Stay away from them .
