Ordered a double quarter pounder combo,it came in a double quarter pounder box but was only a single,and to make things even better they didn't give me a straw for my drink

Always screwing up here. We never go to McDs but when we do take the kids they invariably mess up the order. Ordered a McChicken. After waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes, they give us an old cold one with fries that are half empty. Go back to tell them to fix the order. No apology. Just take it in stride, and make us wait another 10 minutes, and then give us a junior chicken instead of what we ordered. Of course, we've already driven away at this point so not going back to wait another 10. Terrible management with no attention to detail.

Busy place. Near the airport and Trans-Canada Highways.Very friendly service. Easy free parking. Drive thru service available. And open 24 hours.I visited this place as a customer and delivery driver. The customer service team is always friendly and can see working as a team.Plenty of dining in options. During warmer months outside dining is also available. Gas station Also nearby.

Cold food, single quarter pounder blt when we PAID for a double, staff busy looking busy but they had time for colossal ineptitude. This isn't the first time this location failed to even try to make a good impression. For us it will be the LAST time we give our time or let them rip us off again. Not to mention the sneaky way they clear the order board to make it look like they processed an order in a timely manner but there we wait and wait for our food.

Manager yesterday morning was amazing, needed my receipt and didn’t get it and she went back to lunch and got it for me! She lady up front was super kind and understanding also!

The employees are often obviously angry, leading me to strongly believe that management at this McDonald's is treating them very badly... I've seen some very busy McDonald's locations in Edmonton with staff practically skipping from car to car cause they're treated right... Here in Miramichi I've nearly had a tray of drinks dropped in my lap like 15 times and I've only lived here for 7 months.Treat your employees better please, so they treat your customers properly... We've been avoiding this location in favor of burger king a lot as parents if a newborn because of these issues and the fact McDonald's is now double the price of burger king when bk ALWAYS has app coupons.

Ordered a double cheese with NO onion. Had so many onions on it stuck into the cheese that half the Burger was inedible. Tried to call...number doesn't work. Terrible experience

Constantly gets the order wrong. Found a very long hair in my bag of food when using the drive thru. Went straight into the store and the manager with the shaved head said it didn’t come from there and replaced the food and got the order wrong as per usual…..the worst McDonalds location. If you can go to the one on Paul Street instead.
