Cheap Stuff, Pesky Sales Staff, Dismal Customer service, avoid if you can.Selling mostly Made in China cheap Stuff, did not like the quality of work and the mix match of chinese parts with Riobel/Delta, trouble in future if you care about warranty especially faucets etc. Lights Ok but there are better options nearby, sales staff only attend to you if you want to buy too many otherwise they leave you waiting and move to next customer they see.

IF YOU CAN -- AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALLLL COSTS.IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE A STELLAR EXAMPLE OF ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABSOLUTE UNHELPFULNESS AND SHADY HIGH PRESSURE SALES PEOPLE SHARKING FOR COMMISSION, COME TO THIS PLACE. INCIDENTALLY I RAN INTO AN EX WESTCRAFT-EMPLOYEE AT A COMPETITORS LIGHTING STORE WHO QUIT AT AFTER 3 WEEKS BC OF ALLEGED TOXIC PRACTICES. ITS ACTUALLY HARD TO PROVIDE THAT LEVEL POOR SERVICE.. AND I AM THE TYPE OF PERSON WHO WOULD RATHER EAT A COLD MEAL AT A RESTAURANT THAN COMPLAIN TO SEND IT BACK!!!! LOL

During Renos we needed to update our lighting and searched long and just about every lighting place one could imagine. Saw this place while driving back and the moment we walked in my wife’s face lit up and at that moment I knew we had found our final piece to complete our renos.Billa was great to deal with and no upsell and reasonable prices vs competitors.We are thrilled to have found this place and recommend this as a place for anyone lookig to upgrade/update electrical fixtures!

Good selection with even better prices. They have a large catalogue to choose from as well in case you want something other than what is on display. Found what I was looking for fairly quickly and the young salesman was knowledgable, friendly and most of all very helpful. Reading the reviews, I guess it's hit or miss depending on the staff. My experience was nothing but smooth. Stick with the young guy or turbaned guy and your experience will be just as smooth.

We have purchased lighting for a few of the houses we have built, the prices are some of the best in the industry. The selection isn't the greatest with variety but for what the market is looking for right now they have what you need.
