Dr.Sarah Fong is excellent. She gives a very thorough examination. She is patient and works in a timely manner. Best exam I have ever had, and would definitely return to her in the future. My husband and I both had exams. She is excellent.

The best experience I’ve had.… Ever! The ladies were knowledgeable, helpful, patient. He had a huge selection of the most interesting up to date fashionable I where I’ve seen in a long long time. Go to Chatham Hakeem optical!!!! I am telling you, you will not be sorry. They look out for you and we laughed so happy. Prices were amazing the service was amazing.

I always had a good rapor with Hakim in Chatham for almost 16 years. Gave references. So thousands of $ spent there throughout yrs from me and referrals..up until last week. I finally went in after all the issues in particular Hakim to address my glasses .I received no kind of help or remedy with my almost $600 glasses that I cannot wear. I will make sure to tell my issue to all those who I referred to...and many more.I was greiving and Hakim knows why.My friend time was more important than a pair of glasses that they won't help me with .

My glasses had broken unexpectedly and I was in a situation where I needed help to get my lenses into a frame and I was helped with kindness and understanding in a very quick manner. The employees were so helpful and I haven’t had that kind of great customer help in a long time.Amazing store highly recommended

Been going here for about 4/5 years & there’s always a lady with a snobby attitude working behind the counter. Eye exams always go well. Recently while I was waiting to get into my eye exam there, I was browsing glasses since I planned on getting some. As I’m browsing, the snobby lady ask if I need help. I say no, I’m just waiting on my eye exam, thank you though.Moments later, I pick up a pair of frames to give them a closer look and the snobby lady demands that I go sit in the office and wait for my appointment.Was not a good experience what so ever.

my experience with their customer service was absolutely terrible. I took my expensive sunglasses so that they could fix the temple . when I went to pick up my sunglasses not only did they not fix it , they threw the temple in the garbage. I couldn't believe what I was being told . the representative there was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I have ever had with the company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Hakim Optical is fantastic The staff are wonderful. . They always make me feel welcomed. Hakim has a great select ion of glasses . They are always getting new styles in .The gentleman that was helping me out. Was terrific he knew what looked good on me .But he also made a point of getting to know my personality and style. Once they received a new shipment of glasses . As he was going through the new order he seen a pair reminded him of my personality and style. The gentleman took the time to phone me . I thought that was nice of him to let me know. . So I went in to check them out. He was so right. They were were me. I loved everything about them . I received so many complements. The best glasses I ever had. Hakim cares about making sure your satisfied with your glasses. You can see and look good at the same time. Hakim cares

I thought I would try Hakim for my new prescription. The eye doctor was so nice and other than waiting to be seen in store to pick out frames it was ok. They filled my prescription and I specifically asked for my first choice pair to be the ones coated with Transitions. When I got them back, the wrong pair was coated. I let them know and they said I had to have the whole thing done over, instead of them just coating the correct pair, unless I wanted to pay to have the right ones done. So they will only correct their mistake if i. pay or go without glasses for a while. Not impressed with that. It would cost them less to just coat the proper pair and fix their mistake. I even went through the BBB but Hakim ignored them. Buyer beware!

First time checking Hakium out, received an appointment very quickly and they even put a pair of frames aside for after the appointment, great customer service.
