The Refill Bar

What a wonderful experience! I used the shampoo bar this morning and it was luxurious! I've used other bars in the past and this product was superior, and even less money! Highly recommend - and the friendly service was great too!! I will be back!!

A cute shop downtown Guelph. Lots of options for plastic free, environmentally friendly cleaning and beauty use.The bar is set up for your refills. It's my first time buying, the scents were not too strong which was nice.

It was my first time visiting the store a couple months ago, and I’m going back for more this week! Love their selection of affordable and effective cleaning products, and my favourites rangefrom about $0.30 a cleaning tab for laundry to a $15 of multipurpose cleaning fluid that works wonders, and can be diluted to last months (it’s been a couple months, and I’ve only used a tiny portion of the bottle for my dishes, countertops, and even a quick spray for the washroom surfaces)! The staff are so lovely to guide you through the refill process, and explaining how to choose from the wide selection available. Also, they are all about contributing back to the community with events and mentoring young entrepreneurs! Thank you for serving the Guelph community, we love having you here! It’s my one stop shop for all things household cleaning and toiletries related ☺️

I can't say enough good things about the quality products in this shop. The very knowledgeable owner told me the shampoo and conditioner would add curl to my hair and that I'd wash my hair less often (huge cost savings for long hair like mine). Everything she said was true! Used to wash my hair every other day and now wash it twice a week. Plus, when you bring in your bottles, you're stopping excess single use plastics! Win-win-win!

Lindsey is the best! Super personable and knowledgeable about the products she has in store. I love the products I've bought and return for the outstanding customer service.

A hidden gem of a store on Quebec St. It is a cute shop with every day things we all need at affordable prices but with an important difference: the quality is awesome AND you are contributing to reducing waste. Highly recommended!The Refill Bar, you have a new regular customer now :)

I refill my laundry soap, hand soap and body wash here. They have really good selection and different options depending on your price point. Service is always great and they have lots of selection. Really glad to have a place like this in downtown Guelph!

Amazing staff, products, price and service! If you are looking for a shop to help you reduce your plastic waste from household items, this is the shop for you. I was so pleased by the ease of refilling my dish soap and laundry detergent, and was educated by Lindsey on soap. Overall a wonderful experience!
