Greyhound Terminal

Really disappointing. The washrooms are not clean, the food in the cafe within the terminal is awful. The serving is plentiful but it doesn't taste good. The potato fries? There isn't even any salt added, with that said I think it is overpriced. The only good thing about greyhound is the bus service, because well they are the only bus service (as far as I know) that goes from one city to another.

Every experience I've ever had with Greyhound has been grossly sub-optimal. Want to talk to someone regarding your ticket? Too bad, you get an awful automated system that doesn't help with anything. Want to refund your ticket for a trip that's already passed, which should be something that they can do without needing to see the ticket? Too bad, you need to all the way to one of their incredibly inconvenient location, or mail the ticket in. My trip was cancelled because of a highway closure. You must have a record of that (unless you're entirely incompetent). Why would you need to see my ticket for a route that was cancelled? It can't be used again anyway. Just another excuse to make it harder for people to get good customer service. It's a shame they've pretty much monopolized long-distance bus routes, because they're terrible. Someone with half a brain needs to start a new company to knock these idiots down a peg.If you need to use them, you need to use them. Expect awful customer service though, and a generally terrible experience.Except the drivers. I've never had a bad driver. Hats off to them for putting up with belligerent customers and for working for an awful company, and still being professional.

This place is old but the washrooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Check in was smooth, no problems. I agree with another reviewer that security check is not serious. Might as well get rid of it entirely.What I'd really like to mention is the woman working the lost and found. We left an item on the bus and contacted the lost and found office. They didn't answer the phone so we left a voice message. A woman called back not too long after and told us the item wasn't there but she suggested a different location to call since they do bus checks there. We tried and lo and behold, they had it at their lost and found. We really appreciated her help but unfortunately cannot remember her name!

It was a cool place. Nothing much to it, you can get some snack and coffee if you want. A little bit organised but it could be better. The bus service itself is not bad. Free WiFi on board didn't make the trip too boring. I think it's a good alternative when you don't want to drive

Went there for Vaccine injection. Very hard to find parking. Long wait, first outside, then inside. I know. they are trying. We were there 1 1/2 hours. It was at 520pm. Looks like alot of staff left or had supper at 6pm

Pretty good service. It was pretty much a very hassle free experience everytime here. The staffs were very friendly as well. They assisted me with the connection bus that was late, which was very helpful.Very spacious place. the washroom could have been cleaner though!

This building is OLD and not well kept at all. Pretty sure the radon thing carpets that are at the entrances are the original ones from decades ago. Stairs have missing pieces and are a tripping / falling hazard and the elevator isn't a safer option by any stretch of the imagination. If you need to use the washroom, I would just hold it as half of the stall doors don't even have locks and some have missing seats. REALLY poor job has been done on maintaining this facility.

Seems like dynamic situations happens in this building. However, most of those staffs look like having long-term experience. Currently, many lockers are unavailable. Hopefully it get fixed, soon. Thank you for all staff, especially, drivers, who are make passengers having such a cozy and on-time journey to any place across Canada.

Good choice for vaccination site in 2020. Efficient and friendly staff, well positioned in center city, spacious for good distancing, large parking.

Its nice and clean, the staff are professional, and I got off and on my buses without a fuss. The driver of the bus I'm currently on was very polite and made sure the elderly, disabled, and minors were on safe before boarding the rest of us. I noticed the luggage was put on safely and carefully, great news seeing as mine does have a fragile in it!
